Simply amazing!
I am in the extremely unusual position of actually being impressed by an estate agent. The whole team at Tring (esp Paul, George B and Georgia) have, without doubt, delivered a first class service. I have felt that they always worked in my interests (quite rare in itself!). They have communicated promptly and effeciently at every stage, a first for me. I've dealt with quite a few agents over the years but these were without doubt the best. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

We have been using Michael Anthony to let properties for a while now. All interaction with the lettings team has been very professional and we have been impressed with their knowledge. The team have always gone out of their way to fully answer any questions and nothing has been too much trouble. I can honestly say they are the best ones we have used in the area and we have used many agents. A huge thank you to Nick, Erin and Kate.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm from the UK and have lived there for 40 years. I left the country to live abroad for a few months, and upon returning, I was turned away by this estate agent just because I don't currently have a UK address (of course, I don't have a UK address at the moment, as I moved abroad for a few months!). I'm planning to move back so obviously I'll need to rent somewhere. The woman turned me away according to their policy, which seems completely discriminatory, and she even said that other estate agents should be doing this. Thank goodness no other estate agents do this, otherwise anyone moving into the UK (regardless of nationality) would be turned away! It is very unprofessional. Please don't use them, they are indirectly discriminating.

I have had a very positive experience with Michael Anthony in Hemel Hempstead. Stephen Swindlehurst and Lara worked well as a team and managed my house sale swiftly where others had failed. They were professional and upbeat at all times and we felt very supported.

Great Estate Agent, Sold my house after 2 viewings. They were professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you are serious about selling your house.

We have the lovely sam braithwaite showing us around a home in Leighton buzzard and it was safe to say he was the best lister we have had to show us around. Very friendly and lovely to talk to and very kind.

I used this company as a lettings agent, not only did they act poorly on my behalf, but when I asked for advice from a senior member of staff I was ridiculed by way of a reply which this particular genius mistook as an internal email to a colleague.

Michael Anthony Estate Agents are just what you need. Communicative, helpful and fast. They were without doubt the best part of our sales process. Ian in particular was a terrific help. Finding a property within my budget and with visa limitations seemed impossible—15 mortgage advisors said no! But then Michael Anthony called. Tyler wouldn't give up and connected me with Charlie. Satpal, Derek and Colin have help us purchase numerous properties in Bletchley and central Milton Keynes. Also helped us sell our property in craigmore. Really recommend them if you need any property related services.

The transaction fell through due to the sales progression team, which ruined the deal for both the buyer and seller, very close to the exchange after 8 months of waiting. There were no efforts made to reach an amicable agreement for all parties involved.

The team at Michael Anthony did an amazing job as we had a particularly difficult buyer and associated solicitor. Lots of hurdles and work to get things completed but brilliant job I have to say thanks to Lewis, Ben, Kristina and the rest of the office.

I can't say enough good things about Micheal Anthony Estate Agents (Aylesbury Branch) whilst we were purchasing and selling our home this year. We started the process in March when I called up and spoke to Lewis Parker about putting our house on the market. We listed this in spring on a Thursday, and by Sunday we had about 15 viewings and near enough 10 offers. Lewis and his colleagues dealt with all of this and advised us of the best offer to take, and as a result, we went with a first-time buyer.
Fast forward a few months and we found our property, only for the vendor to take it off the market the day after our mortgage offer was confirmed.....a day later, Michael Anthony called us with a new house coming on to the market in the area we wanted, we viewed it, made an offer and it was accepted. A few months down the line and after a lot of waiting, we had to unfortunately, break the chain otherwise we would lose our buyer. Whilst making the decision as to what to do, Lewis went above and beyond putting us in touch with Air BnB owners he knew in order to help us find accommodation whilst waiting for our purchase to go through. He has been at the end of the phone every time I've needed to speak to him, worked out of hours replying to my endless questions, and has quite honestly made the whole process really stress-free. Whilst waiting for our purchase to go through we were handed over to Kristina in Sales Progression who has been equally as brilliant. They were both in touch regularly to update us on the status and things we were waiting on - we were always kept in the loop. You hear bad things about estate agents, and there's so much competition as to who to go to, but without a shadow of a doubt, I can say Michael Anthony have gone above and beyond for us throughout the last 9 months and made the whole process as smooth as possible for us. Whilst we are certainly in no hurry to move any time again soon - when it comes to it, I know I won't look any further than these guys.

Used to buy the property from this Agency just now few months back. Very helpful ,quick and responsive members of Staff. Most of the time i had a word with Lewis .He was great ,helpful and dealt the situation quite well. Overall very very happy with the service.

Right from the start when we registered with Michael Anthony, Emily was on hand to help. She was considerate and gave us the feeling she cared about helping us find our family home. Emily understood right from the get go what we were looking for.
She helped us find our home and as soon as we received the sales letter, Emily got to work and did so tirelessly to make sure we got to the finish line. Emily is a true professional who cares about you and ensures you are kept informed every step of the way. She kept the communication lines open between all parties whist coordinating to ensure all those who needed to act to progress the process of completing our purchase did so. Now, there were some big problems down the chain and Emily would enlist the help of Ray her colleague on her days off to ensure we are being kept in the loop while she was away. Together, they were a power team. When the going was getting tough, Emily and Ray communicated with clarity regarding requirements and expectations at times when things did not make sense. They were always ready to explain and give me advise on what to do/expect next. Thank you Emily, Ray and team for making this stressful process that much easier. You are a star!
