Great flavor, even for picky eaters, My Poodles wag their tails with excitement as soon as I bring out the bones. The smoked bones hold up well during chew time, keeping them busy and happy. A little goes a long way, and the dogs remain content for longer chew sessions. I will be a repeat customer.

Nothing is as it seems
So, I ordered 5 medium smoked beef marrow bones for $55 from Mika and Sammy's. 8 days later they arrived. I opened the box and was immediately greeted by an overwhelming odor. They range in size from 3" - 3.75" in length and do not look like the bone in the ad. The bone in the ad is flared at both ends, but the ones that arrived are flared at one end, meaning they are cut in half. My dogs are not impressed. Only one dog seemed mildly interested in the two bones that I laid out for two dogs, and he spent about a half an hour licking the coloring off the bone. He only returned to the bone one time. I called "customer service" three times in 2 days to request a refund and had to leave a voicemail each time as no one was answering the phone during their "business hours". No one returned my phone calls. I finally got through to them on day three, and was in the middle of getting a refund from the woman that answered when suddenly a guy took over the phone call. He did not introduce himself, so I asked him who he was. He claimed to be the owner, although he never gave his name, and told me that I was being rude and he would not issue me a refund. He sounded like a kid trying to be tough over the phone. Needless to say, the phone call went downhill from there, and I will not be getting a refund. Do not do business with his company, as nothing is as it seems. (After writing this review, I read other reviews that back up my claims. Buyer beware!)

The bones chipped and one cracked right down the middle. I have purchased smoked bones from a local butcher that are better quality and lasted longer and cheaper to buy.

My dogs are very aggressive chewers. Nothing is made to last. But the smoked marrow bones are amazing. Even after they eat all the goodness in the bone and around it they still gnaw on it for weeks. I Ali tried the yaks. And they chewed for hours and didn't get anywhere. It was wonderful especially that I have a 10 month old that wants to chew everything. I actually had to hide it cause they wouldn't go potty or eat. And customer service is outstanding. Thank you Sammy and mika

My dogs love them. They are endless chewers with A LOT of energy (still at 6 years old!) and we have tried everything. But Mika and Sammy's bones work. We give them bones for about 30 minutes a day and they last several days. It tires them out and they are so content. Yes, they smell- they are smoked bones! Customer service is great, too. No issues. I've ordered a few times now and will continue.

They did eat the marrow out & one dog got diarrhea. They had no interest in chewing them. I requested a refund because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They would only refund for the 1 unused bone. I expected more from a family owned operation. I ordered without checking reviews first. Shame on me.

UPS keeps on changing the delivery date yet they assure me that they'll deliver today. This is not the first time so shame on me for wanting to do something nice for my dog. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I am new to Mika and Sammy's but the ordering was easy, the shipping was quick and efficient. I recieved my box 3 days after i ordered it. My dog absolutely loves the smoked duck feet. One of the boxes didnt arrive at the same time but when I called them they were able to help me immediately and my box is due to arrive in another day or so. I like the 7 day turnaround they offer and the pricing. Will absolutely order again.
Worked for me
My experience was perfect. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. AI reviews or something? Anyway, we ordered about $100 worth of various items. Arrived in about 6 days. The bones were wrapped in paper. The jerky like sticks were bagged. The yaks looked perfect. The dogs loved everything. I saw somebody complaining that the bones smelled smoky. They are literally smoked bones. They arenât going to smell like peaches n cream. Maybe I just got lucky? I will be ordering again. I had no need for customer support so I offer no opinion on that.
Purchased split and full antler bones
I purchased (3) split antlers bones by mistake and when I asked them if I can send them back for full antler bones they stated I had to use a courier service to their warehouse because they donât have a store. It wasnât worth it for me to pay for a courier service to send back the bones.
I ended up purchasing (1) whole antler bone for my Rhodesian Ridgeback. Within one hour my Ridgeback cracked it while gnawing on it. Unfortunately MikeandSammyâs canât advertise that these full antler bones are great for all dogs. They are unsafe for powerful chewers. If you have a dog that is a powerful chewers, please donât buy these bones.

Ordered the large smoked bones and yes the dogs loved them but they were stripped bare in a matter of an hour total. $17 bucks a bone is way too expensive for a one hour treat. Never again and they do smell really bad!!!
On my second order
On my second order. I have 3 big dogs and they love the smoked bones. We only give the to them a few times a week and only allow them to keep them for about 45 min, this way they see them as special treats.
Orders arrive in less than a week. Iâm always getting special offered and look forward to trying the 25 new sticks they are adding.

Bones ground down my GSD teeth
We used to have the bones and jerky treats on subscription. My German Shepherd wouldn't get more than one bone or less a week. Do not get smoked bones! They completely ground down my dogs teeth. I also never earned my free order, because you will only receive it if you stay on the subscription plan without any gaps. I placed a total of 10 orders and they wouldn't budge on their policy to get the 5th order free. I'm giving 2 Stars instead of 1 because of the jerky treats. My dog absolutely loves those.

We have placed at least 8 orders from Mika & Sammyâs since they first opened. Anytime we had an issue, Iâd email reply and Eric would reply. Once was about a discount code that didnât go through. This time we ordered a 5 pack of medium smoked bones, 10 pack of pig ears, 10 or more bulky sticks etc - it was a large Christmas order. I waited a long time to provide feedback that the bones went bad because we didnât give them to our dog right away. Our dog got sick and the pig ears were dripping in rancid oil from being enclosed in a bag. I tried to give these people feedback and ask for some compensation and because I am not willing to go through my emails and find the exact email that I sent it to, they wonât offer any compensation. Not even a discount. Their follow up is also bad. They called me ONE time to try and address this and left a message. I wasnât available. Iâm a busy business owner too. So finally I called back today and Tiffany insisted that I find the email that I responded to when I originally complained. My emails go back to 2023 and their email was eric@mikaandsammy and it has now changed. How can they not know this?
How can they not trust that I would not be calling them if there wasnât an issue?
How can they not go back and see the history and know that theyâve grown and changed emails?
And yet they want me to jump through hoops to find the email before they will offer any compensation.
Not doing it. Itâs a sad way to do business.
So Mika and Sammy will not be getting anymore orders from us. Sadly, weâve told many people about them, but they fail to tell you that the bones should be frozen if not consumed soon - they have it in writing in a tiny place where you canât find it, and they put large pig ears inside of an enclosed bag that sweats so they went bad - the oil was rancid. I wasnât asking them to compensate me on my vet bill - just the bones and pig ears. Or at least discount.
If you add up what weâve spent, itâs probably $500 or more. Erik used to be so personal. Now that service is gone!
Order from Al Cabones - itâs a much better product with great service. They sell to selected boutiques
Not Worth the Money
As with most of the reviews, my dog loved it but only for an hour or so after the fun stuff was gone and then no interest. Not at all worth the money. Also it did take forever to ship.

Slow shipping/poor customer service
Ordered and received notification within 24 hrs that the UPS label was printed, but UPS hasn't gotten the shipment yet. Waited a week and still no change. Emailed their customer service and no reply. I began to wonder if I got scammed. After reading other reviews here, I see they are slow shippers and don't have great customer service. I'd have to agree.

My dogs love their product
My dogs love their product. However, there customer service is terrible. It takes a century for the order to arrive and in the meantime they send 4-5 emails on discounts for future products. If they spent lest time on emails and more time on product fullfillment, they would have happy dog parents. Automated shipping doesn't expedite things (although it should). I placed an order Thursday and had to call on Monday (despite authorizing them to charge an overnight ship fee, they did not respond). This is the third time I have had to call after placing an order so be patient after placing an order and allow a minimum of two to three weeks with free shipping as they have no other method of shipping.
