Jack offered detailed advice on the various items I needed to purchase, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had, no matter how niche or abstruse. He showed me where to look, which brands would be preferable for my specific situation and helped me get a damn good bang for my buck. Would definitely come again if I needed further equipment.

We were looking for some walking boots for my daughters DOE, Bronze expedition and were served by Jack. He was very helpful and showed genuine interest in where she was going to be walking. Gave her excellent advice to wear the boots in the house to make sure they are comfortable

Special thanks to Jake
Arrived looking for walking boots for my daughter. Jack was available within moments of arriving, asked my daughter if it was for the Duke of Edinburgh award, to which my daughter immediately brightened and had a little chat. Jake offered the DoE recommended boots, explained why they were better than the ones we'd initially asked about, and helped with the discount codes for DoE students. Jake also made sure we had the right socks and made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Thank you!!
