Love visiting this store great staff especially summer who is very helpful and helps you get the right gear for what u need, and I usually end up buying extra things I don’t go in for 🤣

The manager at Eastleigh branch was super helpful. The prices are competitive with Amazon.

Really good service from Summer yesterday and today: knowledgeable, willing, patient and just the right balance of helpfulness and hands-off when I wanted time to walk around the store and consider best shoe size

Such a shame the store is closing :-( Summer is always extremely helpful and we always receive great customer service. It’s been my go to shop for my scouting and camping gear for some time so will really miss it. Please move to another unit in Eastleigh!

Milletts in Eastleigh is my favourite shop for walking gear; it has a sale on. I was looking for walking shoes and socks. Summer was very helpful and understood my priorities. I'm happy with my purchases.

I went to get a new pair of cargo trousers for myself I was greeted with a very happy sales assistant called Tommy was extremely helpful and has an excellent sales technique. I found the whole experience was very pleasant and I will be back to shop in my favourite millets store

I had a great experience being welcomed in and shown around by a lovely member of staff by the name of Tommy, he was a delight with his enthusiasm to ensure I got all the correct equipment for my adventures.

Took in an online purchase to exchange and also bought something from the shop.
All very fast and efficient.

It's really great to be able to try a selection of different boots and shoes from the stock that they have in the shop. Tom was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
There is no real alternative to actually trying before buying, particularly with boots and shoes.

I returned to the Millets store as I had purchased an item approximately 6 weeks earlier, and had a very positive experience. Last time I never left a review and I should have.
Again, excellent service from Martin, which resulted in another sale.

Always loved this shop and the staff are all lovely and friendly.

Went in yesterday lunchtime to look at the walking boots, which were at good prices in the sale. One lady started helping us and was very kind, but then passed us onto Summer. Summer was excellent! Advised on the boots, and was fantastic in ordering size 13s for us when the size 12 didn't fit. We got the best price possible, AND they were delivered free 2pm today to our home! Summer said that if they didn't fit, then we could change them in store or get a full refund, so we had no worries about buying from Milllets. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Summer!
