Friendly knowledgeable staff helped me with my purchase

Very friendly and courteous staff who obviously know what they are talking about. Thank you to Lauren for taking the time to help me with my query and to find a new pair of walking boots.

Returned a pair of Berghaus hiking boots which had split. No qualms at all. As I’d not kept a receipt the sale was easily tracked and I received the choice of a refund or the purchase of another pair of boots. Great service. Left feeling very happy. Lisa was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you

Megan helped me choose a pair of walking shoes, she was both knowledgeable and patient throughout. She went Beyond the norm by being very personable & ‘bubbly’ throughout. It was a pleasure to be served by such an excellent assistant.

Really nice crew, friendly and explained the detail of the lamp I had just bought, even the extended warranty included. Later the lady exchanged the lamp without fuss or quibble for another as it had been damaged in the shop without us knowing

On entering the shop Connor could see I couldn't find what I was looking for. Gloves. He informed me they are 'out of season' and only a few sale items were on the shop floor.
He went on to offer to go to the stock room and seek out any other stock.
He came back with a variety of sizes and styles.
He was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.
He made it a very pleasant shopping experience.

I needed to replace my worn out walking boots. Millets offered a good range at sensible prices and Lauren provided excellent, knowledgeable service in the Fareham branch. She took the time to explain the differences between the various options and was courteous and polite.
I enjoy shopping in this branch of Millets and the discounts available include Defence Discount Service which is a bonus!

The staff were very efficient and helpful.They traced a size of outdoor jacket that was not on display...nothing was too much trouble. Very quick service and explained all the features on the jacket. Will always shop here

Efficient ordering from local store, shortly after 9 am and delivered by Evri to my home about 1 pm the next day.

Staff were extremely helpful when helping my daughter finding her clothes for DofE. Suggested sizing, jackets, trousers and more.

I needed a new pair of walking boots so went into the Fareham branch.
Megan served me she was very knowledgeable about the difference between all the pairs and was extremely patient whilst I tried on pretty much every pair in my size. I'm very pleased with my purchase thanks to Megan my feet are warm dry and comfy.

We visited the shop to purchase a pair of boots for my husband. The young man who served us was amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was very good with my husband who has a physical disability, he helped him out on and take off the boots and was patient and caring. He was a credit to your company, a kind, friendly and knowledgeable man.

Great experience at millers fareham again ! Rushed in at 3:50pm on a Sunday as we saw a great deal on the website and wanted to grab quick. We got in and apologised for being that customer that gets there close to closing. Very friendly service and the deal hadn’t been updated in shop but they still honoured it. I took my daughter into Millets Fareham to buy some clothing for her Duke of Edinburgh events and was immediately met by a very helpful Lisa. Nothing was too much trouble and she and her colleague went over and above to help us...even down to colour choices. What was also nice was that she didn't immediately target the most expensive items and genuinely wanted to give us the best deal. When we left the shop, my daughter commented how nice and helpful the 2 girls were and I agreed 100% and said that's what a retail experience should be like. No pressure, no pouncing on you - just good service and asking the right questions.

Always good value, the staff in Fareham are always helpful, should you need something. It's always better to shop on the high street, you don't get the personal service on the Internet. Save the high street, and people's job's.
