Mya was the shop assistant who was superb. Lots of advice - and then changed my shoes when the 1st ones weren’t for me. Great customer service and attitude. Would always recommend - thank you Mya. Brilliant.

Good range of products at good prices. The lady on the till was excellent

I had an issue with my air tent, the team at Millets, Nat, Caroline and Harry could not be more helpful to resolve the issue. Thanks for all your help and if I’m ever in Keswick and need anything got my camping trip, I’ll be straight to Millets. I’ve also told family and friends how helpful you were, so I’m sure you be getting some visits soon.

Visited Keswick Millets today was served by Aiden and Nat. I have an ankle issue and they helped me get the right pair of walking boots to support this. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you

Have lived in or near Keswick for years and spent a lot of time in walking shops. Mya was simply superb - standout service. Spent a lot of time helping us to get new walking boots, showing great knowledge and expertise with regard to stock. Lovely manner. Very happy with purchase and will shop here again.

A very helpful lady named Mya who gave advice on returning a pair of boots for essential repair to Scarpa UK but also performed an in-shop emergency, interim repair enabling the boots to be worn.

We were served in the store today by Mya who was extremely helpful. She also phoned another store to reserve an item for us to pick up the following day.

Fabulous shop and even more fabulous staff. Riley was especially helpful and even let us know we’d get discount for being in caravan club, even though items were already in the sale. We got a further 20% off

I wasn't particularly happy with my experience today. I walked in, and firstly there was no one at the checkout desk, poor start, secondly I locked eyes with a member of staff who just turned and walked away, and thirdly, the gentleman who orchestrated the refund wasn't exactly the politest of person, yes he got the job done, but there was no eye contact, no enthusiasm to help a guest, and when he asked "what's wrong with it" in the most unimpressed of tones (like I was some kind of inconvenience), it didn't fill me with the best feeling, and has left me second guessing if I should use this store anymore, because their competitors have much better customer service than what I received yesterday.

We were served by Harry today for my wife’s new boots.He was very knowledgeable and patient,nothing seemed too much trouble despite having to return to the stock room on several occasions.A very polite young man.

Our experience in Millets Keswick today was first rate.
My partner was looking for a particular size / depth of pocket ( to store medical items) in cargo shorts .
Mya helped us try out the pockets to identify the correct styles, and when they weren’t available on the shop floor, checked with a colleague and went upstairs to check stock there.
She then rang Go Outdoors locally to check if they had any in stock, and was visibly disappointed that they couldn’t help either.
She informed us of Millets Keswick various delivery days, so we knew when to call in.
She also explained that we could check online ourselves, and return unwanted items to the store.

I was delighted to receive such helpful and cheerful service from a young woman with a genuine wish to help. Nothing was too much bother.
A real ambassador for your store.

Went to Millets today to buy some new walking shoes. We were served by Mya, who was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend speaking to her when visiting the Keswick branch.

Visited Keswick shop for boots and trousers really helpful and friendly staff,special mention for Mya for all her help.

I have just returned a pair of walking boots to Millets at Keswick, this was 6 months after purchasing them due to a defect on the inside sole of one boot. I had proof of purchase but no receipt. Not knowing how this situation would turn out I can only say that Mark, (the manager) did everything he could to help me out, even when Millets couldn’t provide a refund or a suitable replacement he contacted a “sister organisation shop” that could offer me a suitable replacement pair of boots, and even though I had to pay the balance on a more expensive pair of boots I was very grateful for the level of customer service that I experienced.
