Good kind and very helpful service by Caroline. She gave good suggestions and the boots have already been used and are very comfy.

I bought 2 Aqua robes today in your store. An excellent price and also excellent customer service at the till. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the young lady that served my wife and I, but she was cheerful and very helpful

Fantastic service helped me choosing the right coat. Amy was brilliant in accepting a price match so I could get the best deal.

Excellent service provided by Melinda when we visited the store to purchase walking boots. She was extremely helpful suggesting boots to try ensuring a good fit.

Choosing a walking boot was made easy with the help & advice provided by salesperson Mya. She listened to my requirements and made straightforward suggestions for which boot would be best for me. Mya was helpful without being pushy. Give her a pay rise!

The lady that served us was extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed enough to come back throughout our stay in Keswick. The lady pointed out to us how to get the best deals which made us come back and get more.

Bought some berghaus waterproof trousers. The price was different on the millets online store but Amy made sure I wasn’t going to pay more than I should in store. I got my trousers for a very good price and the whole process was very pleasant and straightforward. Amy didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at any point and was very helpful and understanding. Shops need more people like Amy. Thankyou

Visted the Keswick store on Monday and Amy was absolutely fantastic! She helped me find what I was looking for, was patient with me while I found my national trust card (that I didn’t know offered discount, but Amy kindly asked if I was a member!). She was kind and chatty and I was very grateful for her friendly service!

We visited Millets in Keswick 20th September 2024 and I bought a pair of Merrill walking trainers. Mark served me and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, thanks Mark I am really pleased with my trainers. 😀

Hi I would just like to post a review of my visit today to buy walking poles in keswick shop and say how helpful polite and friendly the assistant was called Melinda I actually asked her name so I could write this if everyone was as good as her the world would be a better place people like her would have a job in my business for sure thank you and we will call again because of our experience

Having wandered around several outdoor shops in Keswick looking for a pair of walking boots.

Millets came up trumps - excellent customer service from Amy. Nothing was too much trouble.

I bought two pairs of Merrell boots size 9 & 10 one for me and the other for my son.

Got charged £10 to much for a Berghaus bag....went back into the shop and told the young lad who instantly got attitude....got my refund....will I shop there again.....NO.

I was looking for a new pair of walking shoes that needed to be waterproof and light. Kelly was there on hand with great knowledge. The shoes I purchased with Kellys help are are extremely comfortable Many thanks

I was unhappy with the rainproof quality of a jacket previously purchased which seemed to be faulty. The manager, Mark was extremely understanding, pointing out the difference in weatherproofing between products. He happily took back the jacket and I purchased a better quality product with his assistance. It is rare to receive service to this standard so many thanks.

Popped into Keswick Millets this afternoon, bought some great North Face T-Shirts and was served by such a friendly lady who upsold me another T-Shirt.
Her friendly and helpful manner was brilliant - Thank you.

Went into Keswick shop to get a Tilley type hat as it was very hot and sunny. There were none on display as winter stock was on show. However, Riley said he would go up to the stockroom and check for me. He brought down a good selection of hats, one of which I bought. Great service and help from them. Great attitude to helping people, especially us pensioners

Amy is very kind and amazing! We’re trying to find the right size for kids footwear and it took some time. She is very helpful and gave us trying on different shoes while teaching us how to wear our first boots! Wonderful staff!

She took the time to find it upstairs and told me about National trust discount as well
