Aria gave me very good service and lots of advice about boots ( and how to keep them well maintained). Great range to try on, so I found something very suitable at a reasonable price.

Went to get new shoes
Went to get new hiking boots for the season, was recommended new trails and was given the name of a site for other trails by Aria, very good customer experience would go again.

Buying hiking boots, yuk
Buying hiking boots, not my favourite chore. Always go to Millets TW, for their expertise and seemingly endless patience and determination that you will leave with a pair of boots that's just right for you.

Bought a couple of things (inc waterproof walking shoes) plus returned something bought online and received excellent, friendly and helpful service (Jonah).
With my wife a couple of weeks ago and she also recd great service.

Wonderful customer service
Aria was very pleasant and really helpful - I went into the shop just as it was closing and despite this, he went into the store cupboard to get me what I was after.
