Super helpful! I called at 5pm and the guys put a couple of pairs of boots by for me. Got to the store 15 mins before closing time and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. New boots purchased!

My wife and I were served by very nice and very polite young man by the name of Aria who was very knowledgeable about the items in the store ensuring that we had a good experience.

I popped in and bought a jacket on Saturday. I was served by a lovely young girl. I can't find her name on the receipt. When I tried the jacket on at home, it felt a little snug. This morning I went back into the shop and was served by Sam. He said they did not have the size I wanted in the colour I wanted in the store, but offered to order it online for me with free home delivery. I went for that option. I thought it was great customer service and everything was dealt with speedily and efficiently. Thank you Sam.

Just came back from my hike on which I took my Osprey backpack that I had just purchased at Millets in TW. I had never had a Backpacking backpack before and had gotten the advice that I needed in-store from Aria. Thanks for that, I'm still happy with my purchase.

My Mum needed some new walking sticks and we were helped by Jonah. Great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to make sure the sticks were the right height for my mum to use. Knowledgeable and friendly!

Needed some new walking boots and a waterproof jacket. Tried a couple of shops in Tunbridge Wells but the staff weren’t very helpful and so I left. Went into Millets as a bit of a last resort. I was served by Jonah who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Paid more than I wanted to but that was mainly because I struggled to find the correct size in the cheaper boots. Jonah must have brought down about eight pairs of different boots for me to try on, but was chatty and all round brilliant. If I need anything else in the future, I’ll go to Millets first! Thanks Jonah, you were a star ⭐️.

Very helpful and polite staff. I bought some walking boots and when the staff member realised there was some discolouration on one of the shoes, he gave me a 20% discount.

Ordered gear from the website for daughters DoE trip ,package came through damaged with an item missing . Customer services were great at refunding for missing item . We noticed the rucksack that had been sent had a manufacturing fault ( it was a seam that was covered and not noticable until handling ) . i took a 40 mile round trip to my nearest millets with the rucksack and spoke with cristina who was very sympathetic and exchanged the faulty item with no problems at all . Cristina and noah were both very friendly , helpful and professional and it was a great customer experience for me .

Excellent customer service. I took back some shoes bought for my son in December which were coming apart. They didn’t have the same ones in stock, they phoned another store and the warehouse to check. They found other alternatives and gave me a discount on the new pair as they were more expensive.
