Super cheap rent that defied all odds and held up for Reading Festival.

We needed to buy some equipment for my son's school trip to Norway. Not knowing anything about what was needed we went into the Worthing store to get some advice.
Shaun was so knowledgeable and helped a somewhat fashion conscious teen into willingly trying (and liking) some walking boots and waterproof trousers, which he actually said had a 'nice fit'. SUCCESS.
It will be great loss to our high street that we are losing this shop, online shopping lacks the personal knowledge and expertise from going and having these conversations.

The courier left out side the flats and I live on THE 14th floor and had gone before I get the courier photos I rang them AND TRIED TO LET YOU KNOW BUT GOT NO WERE

Dan and Jude were really helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking to buy new kit last-minute for a hiking holiday in the Dolomites. They listened well, gave me time, and the boots and socks they recommended were fantastic. A week later I was doing at least 10km and over 1000m ascent most days, and didnt get a single blister. Thanks guys!

Damon (or Damin, Daman I can't make out the handwriting too well) went above and beyond providing me with exceptional customer service. He's super friendly and polite, and helped find me the best deal for the items I needed. I hope the man gets the recognition he deserves from management.

Dan in the Worthing branch this morning was simply amazing, so helpful indeed. He helped with judging the sizing of the shirt for my husband and suggested an additional perfect birthday gift for him. He upsold me some extras, a truly valuable member of staff. Thank you very much Dan.

I was unsure which walking boots to buy, but Shaun really helped me decide on Merrell Men's Accentor 3 GORE-TEX® Mid Boots) - in a personal way, without pressure.

It would be great if Millets would make sure that items listed as in stock at a particular store are actually in stock.
A potentially wasted journey was rescued with the help of great staff, however, with Dan offering good advice and running up and down stairs to the storeroom to help me find an alternative.
I love my Brasher shoes btw and hardly knew I had them on during my first long walk.

Popped into Millets today with my daughter as she prepares for her first camping trip, and we weren’t quite sure where to start. Shaun was absolutely fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding exactly what we needed. He made everything so easy, and the bill coming in under £25 instead of the expected £60+ was a brilliant surprise. Shaun is a real asset to Millets, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much bother. I needed the only pair of shorts in my size left, which was on a mannequin in the window and they kindly got this for me. Exceptional customer service. A lot of retail staff are a bit grumpy these days, these two are an asset to the company.
