I ordered a dust cover for an M4 from their site, the item only had one picture on it but since the description lined up with what I needed I purchased it.
Once the item came and was installed it wasn't compatible with either the V2 or V3 bolts, I sent back the item in its original packaging and left a note of the order in the box. I got an email from them diagnosing why I sent it back, I explained it didn't fit with either bolts I tried and whoever I was talking to seemed puzzled as to why it wouldn't work. They said in a passive aggressive way that the reason it didn't work is that it was incompatible with V3 bolts, which I again reinstated I tried with both the V2 and V3 and it did not work. They went on to, again, passive aggressively say that I should have asked a question about it prior to buying. If I had known it wouldn't work with either bolt I would never had bought it. They then stated that the item was worn and 'used' and I assured them it wasn't used outside of a test fit on my rifle, I had left it on the gun for about a day so I wouldn't lose it when I had misplaced the original packaging.
The following email had no formal formatting, just a "yeah, okay, we'll refund you but we won't be supplying you any more" (I'm paraphrasing this)
When I asked for pictures of the wear, I didn't get any and questioned why they would refuse my business and I was told that they can refuse anyone and they trade in good faith with customers/friends.
They said this like I was trying to jip them out of £15 by returning an incompatible item. I advised them they need to have more pictures of their items to avoid confusion and they pretty much laughed in my face. When I matched their passive aggressive energy they justified their decision to refuse business with me.

I told them that it's bad practice to deter regular customers, I've spent upwards of £400 with them and haven't had this kind of treatment at all, completely unjustified and rude. Avoid at all costs and find another retailer worth your time and money.

Website was easy to navigate, had what I wanted in stock.

Easy ordering process, and delivered quickly and well packaged.

This company was recommended by a friend who had often used Milspec Solutions. I found the whole experience of choosing and purchasing the spares I needed straight forward. The parts arrived quickly in simple, but effective packaging and were as listed on the website. I will use this company again.

This is my second review for this business and I really don't see what others issues are. I placed and order for two items on the Sunday and I received them on the Tuesday with no issues. I didn't get an email confirming my items had been shipped so I did wonder but on the same day the items arrived so all is well. Perhaps the email got flushed away in my junk folder. Either way, I'll continue to use Milspec. Thanks folks!

Take negative reviews with a punch of salt.

Customer service is higher than some walk in Airsoft shops I've used and they really went out there way to help me.

The packaging was good and my product arrived with no issue.

Seems a lot of negative reviews just based on product issues as apposed to retailer specific.

A friend of mine ordered form here had a horrible experience with lost if abuse from the owner I have seen screenshots of the email between them and a company calling a customer “pr**k” customer service is low and order times not as expected

Attempted to order a pistol grip but as they were out of stock, I asked when they would be back in stock to be told that "they will be in when they are in" and that we as customers "always ask silly questions. Basic customer service does not exist in this business

Worst company for customer service was very disappointed to hear my pal got spoken to like a piece of sh** after going to buy a gun would very much recommend going else where!

Rude and terrible customer service man clearly has something going on in life to be so petty, refunded my item because I asked if my order was going to arrive by Thursday and by asking why it has cost me £10 delivery for it to take a week apparently is classed as insulting? Any one who’s ordering from here just look else where and save yourself the hassle

Awful service. Very rude and an arrogant character that didn’t have the time for me. What does it take to speak to people in a polite manner nowadays. Usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews but I couldn’t ignore this.

“ I am not your pal and I do not accept orders from customers who think it is their God given right to purchase and dictate how I should respond. Your order is cancelled and refunded. Place your order elsewhere.”

This is only because I suggested to come and pick up my order I placed for 'collection'. Unbelievable!!

One star is too many!!
Bought a WE SCAR bolt conversion kit, on inspection the bolt carrier was the wrong one in the box. Contacted them with photos of both parts and asked for a solution. They refused to exchange or refund as it was a kit from WE, showed them photos of the carrier from loads of different sites, even of the kit diagram in the kit, but still nothing was wrong!! No wonder they don't accept Paypal!! using section 75 to claim my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Got good service from Milspec, their website seems up to date, they had some hard to find fill valves in stock. Posted to me on Friday, arrived next day. Would you them again without hesitation.

Guy has a chip on his shoulder. Seen a fair few instances of him refusing to help with faulty items and calling customers "idiot".

Ordered a pistol grip from this place
It was of very poor quality copy item it broke before I even fitted it I then recalled how their PayPal check out option was not working which should have been more alarming.
I looked for contact details only way to contact them was through the website I have not heard anything back it’s time to contact my bank and the card company to get a refund
Just avoid them nothing they sell is special all cheap but it’s because it’s copies
