Remove unwanted wheelie bins from my property

Was forced to work as a hgv driver without breaks by Carl derveaux to work on the roads at night. No care about welfare of staff or public bully boys who don't care who they hurt as long as the job is done. More mk staff need to end up in a cell because they are on the verge of killing people. Not letting hgv drivers their LEAGALY entitled rest periods just to get job done. Nothing will be done till q death on the roads Carl dervaux is the culprit forced me to break the law quit on the spot I will not risk the lives of others for a job but mk council qnd Carl dervaux will 👍🏻

After my Annual Health Service Parking Permit expired, i received parking fine MK54408527 . I used the Appeal process and did not hear anything for over 10 days. I then rang T. 01908 252309 and a very nice lady replied mentioning that the appeal process would take approximately 15 days. I then mentioned my concern about going over 15 days as the fine would double from £25 to £50.

Waited few days and I then rang the same number several times but the line would drop immediately. Then after 3 weeks of no hearing about the Appeal, I received a letter saying that the parking fine increased from £25 to £50. Today (03/07/23) I then rang the MK Council Switchboard that treid to put me through the Parking Dep but same results: the line drops immediately. I have now paid as I cannot stay on the switchboard line waiting in queue for hours each day.

So no Appeal email feedback and double the initial fine! Thank you MK Council!!

Do not move to Milton Keynes.

Working for the home 1st reablement team for Milton Keynes council.....

Don't do it they will kill you off!!

I suffered a heart attack and my work colleague RIP MH also suffered a heart attack within 6 weeks of me having a heart attack.

The stress levels are too high in this department and its like kids arguing in a playground.. They want you to download a app on your work phone so they can spy on you, then they demand for you to go in and show them you have downloaded it! Pathetic and you are treated like children.

Management are pathetic, they try and force you to do less hours on your contract and when you refuse they blackmail you! (LE) you know who you are.

The abuse on the elderly and vulnerable is shocking with them cutting back on money and not providing the care they need to. Leaving a elderly man not eating or drinking all day in the extreme hot weather and brushed it under the carpet when he was found hardly responding

I am in the process since I have semi recovered i am taking this matter to a tribunal and CQC and my local MP is fully aware of how Milton Keynes council are working in the most appalling way.

Shocking the amount of staff walled out of working in this service between November and December

Absolutely disgusted as to how the council can leave a 55yr old vulnerable adult in temporary accommodation in London & abandon me. Just passed from pillar to post with so much conflicting advice given. 1 doesn't know what the other is doing. An absolute joke but what can I expect from council politics & after speaking to complaints department I was told to grow up & find a place of my own via an estate agent. Hardly professional, 1 star is generous

I was homeless illegally evict & I went for help but because I was British and working I was told they only help immigrants & homeless so I’ll have to go & get a room it’s seems if your working paying tax council wouldn’t help you unless your jobless & penniless ,what system !

MKConnect was introduced as an alternative to bus routes canceled such as Bus 24 & 25 connecting Newport Pagnell to Brooklands. Last night I waited 2 hours with no success and had to book a taxi. This morning I waited 3 hours with no success and had to book a taxi. Clearly, the intended improvements from MK Connect have not been approved. Is time the council bring back buses. There is no question that in today's high cost of living, an affordable transport link works is needed. But is clearly not MKConnect.

World number 1 worst Council don't know how to manage the whole system wastenof space robbing poor people off ...

They never resolve any issues reporting to them

Just called up to speak about my council tax issue and the lady who picked up the phone had 0 customer service, her attitude was awful and spoke down to me at every opportunity. She then hung up on me after me explaining how she made me feel. What a joke!

The worst council in the country no doubt its embarrassing

Absolutely nonsense council not doing job properly I have so much issues with them tairent........specially every year put up by 10% council....lol

A cold, heartless institution where failure is the norm. Failure to engage with and failure care for the people it supposedly represents. It is nothng more than a three ring poilitical circus made up of clowns, jugglers and acrobats. The people of Milton Keynes deserve better. MUCH BETTER. Awarding it even a single star is over generous.

Roadworks instigated by Milton Keynes council

Roadworks on the V4 watling street and V10 at the end of March beggining of April along with roadworks on standing way near the hospital.meant the No4 bus service had a major diversion.instead of travelling down the whole length of Whaddon Way.it was was diverted along Shenley road to the V7Chafferon way.
Thus bus passengers for stops after Shenley road had to get off and walk to carry on with their journey.

Do milton keynes council realise that this major diversion caused major problems for bus passengers living in the ghetto of west bletchley. Not all residents in west bletchley have the privilege of having a car or being able to drive. Residents not being able to travel into bletchley or to stops into central Milton Keynes.
Parts of the ghetto cut off for over a week.so thanks to milton keynes council for not informing the residents of west bletchley for this GRADE A major inconvenience.

hi. on 16 of march by the text from app i should’ve picked up 3:03 pm i was checking app my drivers should come to pick me up!!
but i could see that he is at oak grove side to pick up he’s kids of school and turns up at 3:35 half hour late with he’s kids on passenger side,
Wednesday 16 was raining and i was under rain waiting to picked up,
i’m now sick i’ll with bad cold because of driver ,, is there anyway to correct that driver about this,, it’s not really right i’m waiting under rain for no right reason 30 minutes,,

and most of the time they are late then it should,,

Unreliable and very poor customer service. I have been late for work on numerous occasions because my bookings were cancelled at the last minute. I wish the council can introduce more bus services instead.
