I used the hair mineral analysis. I found the results very helpful and they matched what other tests have found so I think they are reliable. I got information about my mineral levels, toxic/heavy metals and metabolism. In the report there was a ton of advice on diet and supplements. Julie offered a zoom call to help me understand the results if I needed.

I found the session with Julie following the hair analysis tremendously informative. She gave some useful followup by email as part of the service. Worth every penny.

I ended up doing testing with Julie because we spend quite a bit of time in Europe. So glad I decided to go with her as she is thorough, knowledgeable and offers so much great information. I definitely recommend her and her services.

I came across Mineral State by accident. I was looking to check the fluoride in my body because I work in a place with F-Gas and I had joint pain, constipation and low energy. After many consultations, blood tests, diets and prescriptions without results, I decided out of curiosity to try this hair test. I was very surprised by the result that came with many explanations about the optimal balance of minerals, about toxic metals, foods that should be avoided or included and recommendations for supplements and vitamins to balance minerals and metals. The very high level of potassium, rubidium and nickel plus others that were found after the evaluation, would have cost much more after the blood tests and without such high accuracy. Before taking the supplements I had a video consultation with Julie for to be able to understand better about the level of health. After only 14 days from the recommended supplements and the change in the diet, the health problems described above have improved a lot. I will continue with the recommendations I had and I will definitely re-evaluate the hair test. Thank you very much Julie.

Great service and experience. I must say thanks to this test I discovered a lot of info about my health and managed to figure out why I struggled to sleep.
