Highly recommend this service. I have worked with a lot of nutritionists and had a lot of tests, its hard to know what is helpful and trustworthy. The results and the analysis were so spot on (in terms of symptoms these results would likely reflect). The difference with this test is that is shows what you are actually absorbing/using not just levels in your blood etc. Julie was lovely, knowledgeable, passionate, caring and helpful. x

Great company with customer service at its core. Julie made it exceptional with very prompt responses to emails and help with further guidance on test results. It would be amazing if the company offered 15 mins consultations after the results have been received, in case you have any questions or need an advise (it’s always more reassuring when you speak with someone rather than emails) but the reports were also quite informative. Supplements are formulated very well, allowing each mineral/vitamin to be absorbed as best as it can be. Overall, great place to get your mineral checked and get your supplements!

I’ve used a variety of tests over the years and this was by far the most insightful, thorough and detailed set of results. I cannot thank Julie enough for her care and attention to detail and would highly recommend.

Julie and her team at Mineralstate do a fantastic service for anyone looking to check their health status via hair analysis, which is utilising proper functional medicine which many of or medics in the NHS dont have time to do these days. I would recommend that EVERYONE should get a hair analysis done at least once a year to check and verify nutrient absoption first and foremost and also of crucial importance is checking for toxicity levels of substances such as mercury, aluminium and even arsenic (the latter can come from seafood or even rice that is not boiled/cooked properly). We should all have Vitamin D tests done twice a year too. If the hair analysis throws up concerns then you can go back after chaing diet or speaking to your doctor and get a 2nd one done a few month later to verify changes you made have had a good health improvement. Have used Mineral State several times over the last 4 years after an episode of urticaria which my doctor only wanted to prescribe steroid cream. Turned out my magnesium was really low, after taking supplements the urticaria cleared and so did chronic constipation. Also saw a big difference in aluminium levels as I switched deodorants.

I am so pleased I had this test. It was easy to order from the website and Linda was quick to respond to questions and answered all my points clearly. The test results came back quickly and I was amazed how useful and clear the information was, not just about the toxins in my body but also what to do about it. This could be the best money you ever spend on your health. I am absolutely delighted.

Linda is helpful and knowledgeable about the hair test. Any questions I had she was more than happy to help by passing my questions on to the registered nutritionist. I found out, as I suspected, that I had high levels of mercury and aluminium in my hair sample. The test is quite detailed with dietary recommendations as well. It suggests that you can follow these recommendations to help bring your body back in to a natural state of alignment and expel the toxins naturally. At the end of the report there are suggestions of a vitamin and mineral supplements course to help address vitamin and imbalances. I am very pleased with the service and the report. Highly recommended.

Woman was ok at first but after she is abrupt and not friendly does seem like a peoples person or like to even speak to you, website states happy to help if you do not understand answers or need some help on your results, but when asking questions she had emailed back either yes or no or I dont know. Not very detailed and did not pass it on to the correct team as was told she would. I felt she was only responsive when you are about to pay for an order but after the results are delivered I feel strongly she ignores you as much as possible. I will be ordering from different website in future. experience was good though. pills were good for a year but to me customer services comes first and I am put off by this.
