Spent loads of cash and time on 8 ball pool. Ended up linking me to some new account on my Gmail. Lost my active account. Won't help .
Disgraceful

Trying to log in is impossible. There are always problems. Total waste of time

Literally hacker use mod apk but thay are blind i have consistently mail to miniclip but not resolving that issue

Aus einem richtig gutem Spiel ist dank der Geldgier ein nicht spielbares game geworden. Hier wird massiv ins gameplay eingegriffen und manipuliert. Man spielt auch nur noch gegen cheater vorallem um die Zahltage rum. Melden bringt da auch nichts da der Support absoluter Mist ist. Meldet man einen kommen 10 neue aus Indien Pakistan und Co. Das war mal ein sehr schönes Spiel.
Wenn noch mehr Spieler aufhören dann Spiel die bots gegen sich selbst.Ich würde hier gerne andere harte Worte benutzen um die gier zu beschreiben. Von mir gibt's keine Kohle mehr und rate auch jedem davon ab. Hab das Spiel gelöscht weil mir meine Lebensqualität wichtiger ist als ein blödes Spiel was von geldgierigen versaut wurde.

I’ve spent over €1000 on my Miniclip account – on games, in-app content, and progress. And what do I get in return? The account was suddenly disabled without warning, without explanation, and with no option to recover anything. The “forgot password” function just throws errors, and their support is completely unresponsive.

This isn’t just bad customer service – it borders on fraud. They take your money, then lock you out and pretend you never existed. There’s no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for the people who actually fund their business.

Stay far away from Miniclip. This company is irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional. Save your money and avoid the nightmare.

I was permanently muted in Pure Sniper after sending just one message asking if someone was interested in buying my account.

I now fully understand that it was a mistake and against the rules, and I apologized officially through the support form (Player ID: UNLH6LDPX62UE – Name: هل من حل للحظر 🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿).

Despite this being my first offense and despite having spent real money in the game, I received no warning, no discussion, just instant punishment.

This kind of treatment is extremely harsh and unfair. I kindly ask Miniclip to be more understanding and consider giving players a second chance instead of permanent bans.

Betrüger!!! Auf gar keinen Fall 8 Ball Pool runterladen. Miniclip tut überhaupt nichts gegen die Betrüger weil die selbst daran kräftig mitverdienen.

Mini clip is a scam! I’ve contacted them once about a glitch taking 100,000 coins away from me, and then another time about me being charged almost $10 for something I did not want to purchase. All they will say is, “mini clip doesn’t issue virtual refunds” or “items are nonrefundable.” Why offer the contact support and issues regarding refunds if you don’t allow it?! This company is the biggest joke ever! They are the real thieves.

This game has been destroyed by cheats glitches and hacking the game, any lobby above paris you cant win a game in, your lucky to win 1 in 5 to 8 in the lower lobby's. I won't spend a penny on this game ever again, I played today, didnt get a brake in 15 games, lost 14, never got to hit a ball. So many people using bots to play for them, then theres miniclips bots. Shame its been ruined and miniclip couldn't care less.

Being playing 8 ball pool for years now every other game is lost because of cheat players who have got a cheap facility that pots every ball from any angle or from any cushion soo frustrating. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Après vérification ! Miniclip utilise des robots IA, pour vous pousser à acheter des options ! Suite à plusieurs demandes de BUG, ils ne sont pas responsables ?..
Suite à pleins de partie sur 8 pool des joueurs Guest jouent comme des dieux, et suite à quelques comportements concernant la demande de rentrer dans un club ou de devenir ami, ils jouent comme des merdes ?..

There is nothing anyone can say or do that would change what these guys do at miniclip, if you complain it makes no difference, it just gets worse, i can't play a free game knowing there is a 3rd person playing, they change the speed of tour shots, when you about to pot yoir last ball its goes to connecting at tje same time they change your cue to beginners level or force you to charge your cue,they have bots playing aswell, it will never be fair ever as long as they continue to cheat players daily,when you play 9 ball and choose to.play 50k it says you chose 1 or 2k to irritate you,i have been playing for over 20 years amd its gone from bad to worse,
In my personal opinion i think they are are bunch of idiots running the show n have fun at other people's expense to motivate their evil ways, everything is based on witchcraft on demononic adverts.
I wish the gaming board does something about 8 ball miniclip pool and if all the players thatbare cheated need to complain daily to make sure it is abolished eventually so the idiots will come their common senses.

Notice how they say when you leave a review. What went wrong this time? Because they're so used to what they do to people. It's ridiculous. I play for 5 million dollars a game. And it's always against Indonesian players or people that have 80000 games. Nothing is Fair in this game. At all, you'll become a great player. But every time you play for a lot of money, that stacks or ships are stacked against you. You cannot win in the game unless you are very, very, very good. That means you can not make any mistakes. But then again, you're up against how they manipulate the cube ball against you. The time against you, you know you can have the best q. Ueue in the world with all the time on it. But that doesn't matter, man. You can see the time runs out on you faster than it should all kinds of things they do against you and it's all because I want you to buy more coins. Don't be an idiot like I have been and bought coins because you'll end up losing your money. Eventually believe that these people are crooked.

I like the game but its super laggy and keeps kicking me out, I spent money for nothing because I can't even play the game anymore, either way it wasfun while it lasted.

Miniclip heeft een aantal games ontworpen,voor de smartphone en tablet,met als doel,om zoveel mogelijk geld binnen te slepen,sommige spelletjes zijn zo ontworpen dat je er steeds meer geld in gaat stoppen voor een betere game-ervaring.
Op klachten wordt niet gereageerd.
Helemaal klaar met deze geldwolven.

I have been playing miniclip pool for over 20 years, I deleted maybe 20 profiles because this is a cheat company, when I play on higher tiers I don't get to break about 6 times in a row,there are bots that play as well,miniclip should be abolished from operating,they even change the speed and control your moves as well.
I hope there can be another company that can launch a pool game like this that can be fair to everyone.

Unfortunately, Miniclip has apparently stopped managing Pool Trickshots as well. I purchased a package recently that was suppose to stop all ads. The ads never stopped and they refused to give me any kind of compensation. I sent them all the info they requested, informational screen shots, and even Apple Pay’s screen shot of their refund refusal, which they said was “not eligible”. I corresponded with Miniclip’s customer service for almost a month. They assured me the problem was on their end and would be fixed. Today, 6/4/25, I was told the problem was fixed, but I still get all the ads. They told me I might have to delete/reactivate my account. I told them I never had the option to link my account to Apple, Facebook, Google, etc. and sent them the “Settings” screen shot which only showed “Delete Account”. I knew that would wipe out my accumulated progress, so that was not an option. So, I am out the package cost and still get all the ads. A waste of time and money. I just won’t purchase from the app again, as I enjoy playing the game. In the meantime, I’m notifying others to play at their own risk.
