If there was an option I could give them a zero. I'm up to 245 and have been playing for many years but I'm through. They asked for my review and I told them what I have experienced. The bots, people right cheating so yeah they know. They do not consider the economy and that maybe you can't afford to purchase anything and I believe that is the whole problem. It's like your being punished for not spending money. It is addicting and I loved the game before all this greed came in. They have ruined this game over greed.

I have spent the last 15 minutes reading nothing but negative comments towards miniclip or should I say TEN CENT, this is the new company that just bought miniclip.
I too have had issues with support, I lost millions of dollars, one day 20 million was there, the next day its gone. I got the form letter like a previous writer shared another.

I sent a total of THREE emails to their support department. They did respond, not as a human customer support agent but more of a programmed bought telling me to read these articles and it should fix my problem.

A SECOND email was the same as the first, customer representative did not show any empathy or willing to put a measly 20 million in my account. The engineers don't know what happened, nor I.
The last time I checked the customer is always

The THIRD email was sent this morning at 2:00. A.m. this time I sent it to Mimi clip support along with engineers of programming and the department of player experience.
I have not received any response yet today.

And what did miniclip do? Oh hey, follow this article. See if this helps you. If I were to tell my customers what they have told me and how they have treated me, I would have been thrown out of the building within minutes. The company did absolutely nothing for my issue.

They're software developers have absolutely no idea how to stop the cheaters. They know how to screw up the game for REAL players who love the game, but for some odd reason they can't FIGURE out how to filter against the cheaters!?!? WTH

I've been playing for at least 5 to 10 years. Back in the day, I used to hustle a few pool game LOL. It's a fun game but it also pisses you off. I'm going to have withdrawals but I am uninstalling this game and if I come back and play it, know that the withdrawals are sucking that day. 🤣
Mini clip is simply blatantly showing all us dumb sheep (as this is their perspective of dumb users)
that they could give a damn whether we're happy or not. The Sad/True fact is mini clip has ZERO empathy for the customer. Empathy must NOT be a value in Switzerland.
Very sad day for me. Been trying to get up to 200 million, which is nothing for most all of you guys and gals that rock, but for me if I could get up to 200 million I could probably put up with the b******* but it's impossible.

Miniclip Pool used to be an excellent game, as a former (actual) pool player I loved the realism of the game and played it for many years to the point I could play on the high stakes tables.

It is now utterly pointless, the amount of hackers playing the game is ridiculous, I went through a process of reporting all hackers to Miniclip including player ID's and screenshots, and what's happened?....

....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! In fact it's got worse.

Salut je suis un joueur de rang moyen 590 et j'ai atteint 94B de gains j'ai arrêté pour une longue durée mais a ma reprise j'ai était choqué par le nombre de hackers et après analyse j'ai remarqué une chose c'est hacker c'est comme une sorte de bot sur une série de victoires en te met une série de bot parfois 5 bot de suite le jeu et vraiment mort et j'ai joué une semaine sans faire de gains chose carrément impossible un mon niveau je gagne 5 partie je perd 5

This is a fair and honest review as someone who has played miniclip pool since it began,

It used to be a good fun game and I must say very addictive they definitely got it right with the set up I’ll give them that,

I played most days for years and years purchased some cues from time to time and I considered myself a pretty decent player, I played in the 15 mil 25 mil section but mainly 5-10 mil games as I don’t love the fact that 10% goes to the loser lol I also like the fact that if you purchase a decent cue there is cash back in high stakes games so if you lose it doesent sting so much,

Then we get to the cheaters I mean seriously guys!!! Miniclip!!! Wtf are you doing!! Guys that come into the game in super high stakes level 12-20 they don’t even aim for a ball yet pot with the most unrealistic shots you ever saw!!! Coming off 8 cushions to pot balls 🤦 white going towards a pocket but it some how circles round the pocket and jumps out 🤦 … not to mention I 7 ball these clowns I pot the 8 ball and hit it very softly I might add and it rolls and rolls and rolls and rolls till the white ball scratches and I lose 😂😂🤦 not once but 9 times out of 10 against rasheed or Mohammed 🤨 not a racial thing it’s just a fact! You need to look into this because I can say with 100% confidence 80% of high stakes games are over ran with Indonesian and Indian cheaters with the occasional Brazilian cheater,

Sad truth is you lost a good customer in me, I’m almost a year away from your god awful site and until it’s drastically improved and you have booted these absolute cheating scum I myself won’t be back and will NEVER spend a penny on your rigged website

Achtung ⚠ Betrug! Als professioneller poolspieler kann ich nur sagen, für Freizeit ok, für spielefanatiker mit Ehrgeiz, die wert auf Echtheit legen ist es klarer Betrug! Gekauftes verschwindet. Bei über 2000 Spielen weniger als 30 Prozent anstoß. Dann werden Gegner angeblich zufällig generiert. Was auch betrug ist, denn in den ersten 10 level hat man keinen Gegner der lv 800 ist, aber sobald es um etwas geht oder echtes Geld investiert wird, passieren fehler im spiel, Verbindung unterbrochen trotz wlan, geld weg... Support ist nicht möglich da das programm nicht mal in der Lage ist sowas zu überprüfen.
Ich wäre für eine sammelklage! Solche Unternehmer sind Betrüger! Ganz klar definiert im Gesetzbuch! Es gibt 28 Mio Rezensionen alle negativen bei mir melden, hab ne gute Rechtsschutz speziell internetcrime!

Miniclip is now using bait and switch tactics. They offered me a 3 day free trial but charged my credit card immediately! My attorney said it's a case of consumer fraud as well as a civil case but being that we have hundreds if not thousands of people who say the same thing, it can be a much bigger case. We all know the game is ridiculously rigged. We have screen recordings of the game etc. It took a while but time is just about up for miniclip. It would be different if you exclude real money from your game. You're literally robbing people and now it's time for us to get our money back!

Miniclip haven't got a clue what there doing for there pool game. There are so many hackers and they won't ban them for some reason. They have put me in a hacker server and also stopped me earning but I've never used a cheat!.
Never play 8 ball pool!!!!!!!!!!

The games are full of cheats and hackers, and Miniclip does nothing to eradicate them. I suffered at the hands of cheats in their Pool game, so I stopped playing. I decided to play golf, but this game is full of cheats. The game is good, and I enjoy it, but sometimes playing is pointless because the cheats using a hack or bot will thrash you no matter how skilful you are. You start with low ratings for power, accuracy and the guidelines and slowly improve them. Sadly, you must watch a cheat with the lowest setting fly their ball past you and complete the hole with impossible shots. If you reach a playoff for the prizes, you will often lose to a cheat using a bot, so their ball is always closer to the hole than yours. You can often spot them because they wait for others to play their shot before they cheat. Some are brazen and use a hack to hit the ball close to the hole, believing they will win. Should you hit your ball closer, their ball miraculously moves closer! If you report the cheat, Miniclip will do nothing besides send you a monkey script that says the fault is probably your internet connection or something beyond their control. I have to stop playing when it is full of cheats, return later, and hope I can avoid them.

Usual service from a shit company only interested in making money. The game is plagued with cheats, bugs, glitches, rigged algorithms, bots, fake Facebook I’D’s, rip off prices, zero customer service….. the list is endless!
If I could give ZERO I would it’s all this shabby outfit deserve‼️

I have been playing Miniclip Pool for several years.I had problem with Miniclip which involved multiple emails back and forth. The emails from Miniclip were all form replies that did not resolve my problem. I eventually resolved the problem without their help.

Sick of playing cheats! Used to be a good game until cheats came along

I've got through to nearly pro twice then you get wifi connection failed ( it hadn't) then you uninstall and re install then it's ok till you nearly get to pro and it happens again . Money making racket . I will not spend another penny on this game

Man fliegt sehr oft einfach aus dem Spiel, natürlich nur, wenn man am gewinnen ist. Plötzlich hat man langsame Verbindung oder Gegner machen unmögliche Stöße, können durch Bälle und Banden spielen und Bälle laufen auch gern mal geknickte Bahnen. Ich war bei 97 von 100% Sammlungspower, bin heute komplett rausgeflogen und sollte von vorn anfangen. Wenn du nicht bezahlst, kommst du auch kaum weiter. Also ich kann es leider garnicht empfehlen, lieber die Finger davon lassen!!!

I am leaving my review purely because of Miniclip’s demonic and devious tactics to make money out of you and to get users into a psychological addiction, into tempting users to lose their money. 8 ball pool is clearly a rigged game, designed to generate revenue only for Miniclip by exploiting gamers. How are you telling me I had a 14 game winning streak but then I lose 4 in a row. I then had another 5 game wining streak and lost 3 in a row. I then had a 7 game winning streak and lost 5 in a row. How am I missing easy shots which once I aim, it is clear as day that the shot should be potted. This game has a bunch of snobby, thieving people behind it. They want you to spend money on the game by making you lose. I did buy an 89p golden spin here and there but to get me to spend more money on the game, they get me to lose on purpose. Haha, they won’t fool me this time, I have uninstalled the game, and I won’t play a game which won’t let users win based on their ability but they want users to sing along to the algorithms and manipulative tactics they set out.
