The customer service was excellent. I had previously been to a shop Im New Eltham located at the top of road leading to Charlton Athletics training ground off of Avery Hill. They told me my Mac wasn't worth the repair & the price would be about £700 - 800 to fix. Fast forward a year I saw Minkos Macs in Lewisham & made some enquires.
