They canceled my Black Friday order with no intention to tell me about it. As a Shopify store owner, I know you have to purposely uncheck a box for your customer to not know their order has been canceled. But what is worse they also UNCHECKED THE BOX TO REFUND ME A $200 PURCHASE WHILE SECRETLY CANCELING IT. After reaching out just for a tracking number, they responded days later about the cancellation and pretended "the system did it automatically" which is literally impossible. They also pretended to have issued me a refund while keeping my money. I have shopped MisshaUS for over 10 years reaching what they call "Prestige" status which is literally a joke. It does not come with any valid perks. Logged into my account and I see they even selected the cancellation reason as "fraud" after I've spent $$$$ under the same account. They finally admitted they simply did not want to give me a cheap gift worth $5 that they threw in my cart for an item I wasn't even paying attention to so they decided to call me a fraud instead of admitting to their own greedy mistake and shady business. Black Friday and Cyber Monday were long over. Prices skyrocketed across all stores again during the worst economy our country has ever faced. So after doubling their prices and treating me this way, they suggested I, "try again."

Ordered multiple products on-line, received confirmation number and my credit card was charged. However, the company never gave any information as to when the order was coming and despite providing a copy of the credit card charge, they are playing dumb as if they didn't take the money and have no idea what I am talking about. They also falsely advertise a live chat on their website. There is no such thing. Had to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed for an order that was never coming.

Product caused rash. Would not provide label for return shipping. Do not buy from this Company!!! Double check their cheap return policy. BEWARE!!!

Good quality products. I have pink block sun base and perfect cover bb cream.ı have an atopic skin still got along well with them

I've been trying to return a product that I no longer needs and their customer service team will not approve my return or follow up with to send me a return label. I started the return process since end of November and it's already mid-december and still haven't heard back. I've already followed up with them multiple times and still haven't heard anything. worst customer service ever and will not be buying anything in the future from MisshaUS website. I also do not recommend people buying from them unless you know you don't need to return them.

Great products but the shipping takes forever.

My order was shipped in 10 days. When I got a chance to use the products I got breakouts/acne/redness all over my face with one week of use. I contacted the customer service for returns and they rejected my return request because it was the 31st day from the date I placed the order, if I had contacted them the day before I could return it, but there was nothing they could do now. I asked them to speak to their manager. As a result, they rejected my return request by 1 day despite it taking them 10 days to ship the order to me. Plus- the reviews are fake. I tried to write a review and the system would not allow me to submit any review below 5 stars! I wrote reviews anyway, basically same as the review I have here- they were not published. This feels like a scam website. Just wasted 150 USD - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I can't really recommend that you order your products directly from Missha. It is taking Missha two weeks (13-14 days) to ship my order to me. I can order the exact same product from other sellers (even some who ship from South Korea) and receive the product I ordered overnight, or at the most 3-5 business days. I love Missha products, so I cannot disparage the brand on the quality of their products, because the quality and effectiveness are top notch, however, the shipping time is not clearly stated on the website. Missha does not actually provide customers with any shipping time frame at the time of checkout, and provides zero shipping time frame information after checkout. So Missha does not provide any sort of time frame for shipping when you purchase, and Missha does not offer shipping options to the customer during checkout either. Most people do not want to wait two to three weeks to receive a staple skin care product - most people need that product fairly quickly, especially if you are running out. If I am able to purchase from other Korean sellers, who ship from Korea, and receive that product via DHL in less than a week, why does it take two weeks to receive a DHL order from Missha? I really do recommend the products (Time Revolution is their best line), but I strongly recommend purchasing from another seller. I purchased a Time Revolution night ampoule from another seller (a major American website) and received it overnight, and it is authentic and identical to the product that is taking two weeks to arrive from Missha. I ordered on Feb 17th and it is now Feb 28th and I still have not received the product I ordered. Tracking shows that the product should arrive between Feb 29th and March 1st. That is half a month, which is way too long without notice at the time of purchase. You must inform customers that their product may take two to three weeks to arrive at the time of checkout to avoid these bad or mediocre reviews. That is your responsibility as a business. Communicate with your customers, and the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews will stop coming in for your business.

Ordered and paid for bb cream June last year ; shop app still showing it has been shipped but not delivered . I have tried a number of times via email to contact and have never had reply . I feel like I have been robbed and would recommend NOT to buy from them as no customer service whatsoever

I used to be a frequent customer before they changed their customer service. I used to have a difficult time getting in contact with them, but now they no longer respond at all. In May, I received a broken, empty bottle of essence. I made a refund request that was approved after much difficulty, but when I didn’t receive my refund, I contacted them and got no response. I tried multiple times even on different platforms such as Instagram. It’s a shame, but I’d have to warn people to not buy directly from this company’s website if you want to be able to contact them for any reason. Their products are good, but can be bought elsewhere where people have the decency to respond.

Will not be purchasing Missha products again as I have learnt that they test their products on animals. Very cruel.

My review is more about their customer service than the products. I have only tried one of their products (SAFE BLOCK RX ZINC TONE UP SUN [ROSY BRIGHTENING] sunscreen for the face) and it did its job. But, the customer service or should I say, the lack of it, is the worst I have ever encountered. I emailed MISSHA the first time on March 9, 2022, about the product's expiration date. I emailed mymissha[at]beautynet.co.kr and they never replied. I gave up on that but now on January 7, 2023, I emailed them again. This time, I emailed all these different emails: misshaglobal[at]beautynet.co.kr, support[at]misshaus.zendesk.com, support[at]missha.zendesk.com, help[at]misshaus.com, info[at]misshame.com. The only email that replied to me (luckily in less than 10 minutes!) was info[at]misshame.com which is from MISSHA ME (Middle East, Dubai) Facebook page (not surprised they take care of their customers compared to others).

The emails mymissha[at]beautynet.co.kr and misshaglobal[at]beautynet.co.kr are from their Korean website or Facebook page. The emails support[at]misshaus.zendesk.com and support[at]missha.zendesk.com are both from the SAME website (MISSHA US) but on different pages. On misshaus[dot]com/pages/contact-us they tell you to email support[at]misshaus.zendesk.com and on misshaus[dot]com/pages/faq they tell you to email support[at]missha.zendesk.com. The American MISSHA also has a THIRD email address which is help[at]misshaus.com that you can find on their Facebook page. WHY SO MANY DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES?!

If emailing them doesn't work for you, you can always try to message them via Facebook Messenger. All countries (and many others) have their own Facebook pages. The only companies that emailed back to me were MISSHA Dubai and eventually MISSHA US (support[at]missha.zendesk.com). The latter didn’t even know they were selling the product mentioned above.

If I were to talk about Missha products, I'd defo give 5 outta 5 points. Can't say anything bad about quality or value for money. Have been using multiple lines of the facial products and I am totally satisfied. But if I am to talk about service, generally I'd say that it is good, except sales reps are being pushy to but more expensive products. Perhaps it is related to the reward system (more they sell, more they get as a sales %), but it pushes me away as I am a conscious customer.

Like many others I love Missha products. I have been a loyal customer for years. However, their shipping and customer service needs improvement. I received a shipment that was missing an item. I reached out to customer service and they wanted a picture of the box, contents and packing slip...which I did not keep. (Anyone could take a product out of a box and send a pic with it missing). I have sent multiple requests for them to ship my missing product or refund my money. I have yet to receive a reply after three more attempts. There are many other Korean beauty companies that I am sure would like to have my business.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I never received my product. When I enquired they sent it again but it took multiple emails. Then the second shipment was also never received. This was over a 5 month period over email. The second shipment never came. It was 2 months since the had sent it. They said they don’t resolve orders past 30 days. This is illegal. I wrote a strongly worded email and finally got a full refund. I will never be ordering anything from them again.

USPS lost my packaged as my landlord had something "delivered"that same day as well but never actually received it.

I dreaded contacting customer service because I was not sure if they will hear my story due to the tracking code says it was delivered, but MISSHAUS.COM replaced everything in timely manner!

I am a very happy customer.

I am very happy with Missha US customer service (and, as a matter of fact, global Missha). If I have any questions or complaints, they resolve them in a timely manner and make me feel good. With all that said, I am unhappy with their s....l....o...w...processing/shipping times.

I'm mad for Missha! Great promos, products, customer service, shipping. Missha is high-end K-beauty that I have recommended to any woman who gets within earshot. I am in love with the Time Revolution line, Super Aqua Snail Mucin, anti-aging treatments, serums. My skin looks phenomenal! And I will be 70 in January. I defy you to guess my age from my photo!

My rating of one star is for the unbelievably slow delivery of my purchases and some dubious credit card activity. I was starting to think the site was a scam when my purchases eventually arrived ~5 weeks after I placed the order. Then, six months after my purchase my credit card was hacked to buy $700.00 worth of Missha products by unknown person(s). Either this person is inside the Missha machine or Missha's online credit card payment system is not safe. My bank swiftly dealt with this issue but it left me with a very bad impression of the company.

I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences with them. Whenever I have emailed them, they have been prompt to reply. I have had NO issues with orders being sent to me in a timely manner either. They are a wonderful company.

What you all need to realize is that they are in NJ. They are the ONLY authorized reseller of the products from Korea. They are AUTHENTIC. When you get them at Amazon and other places, you never know if they're counterfeit. A LOT of counterfeit products are floating around there.

Give them a chance. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. If you won't be home and think your packages were stolen, next time, just leave a note on the door saying that they MUST have a signature from you or someone MUST be home to drop it off. Make it easier on you.

Five stars from me because Missha rocks!
