Order never received. They supposedly delivered it, but I never received anything. Money wasted.

Follow-up to my previous review (posted 5 days ago)

It’s been five days since I posted my initial review, and I still haven’t received a single response from MichelleBrands.com or their CEO, Michaeline DeJora. The complete lack of customer care and the company’s silence is truly surprising.

While I haven’t personally shopped on FairAndWhite.com, I did find out that MichelleBrands.com and FairAndWhite.com are both owned by the same CEO. I’ve purchased products from other sources like Amazon and eBay, but my experience with MichelleBrands.com was extremely disappointing, and based on my findings, it seems both companies share the same problematic approach to customer service.

The arrogance of this company, and how they completely ignore their customers, is unbelievable. After receiving a defective product, I reached out multiple times, only to be met with rude responses, hang-ups, and no acknowledgment from the CEO. This isn’t just about a bad product—it’s about how they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

I find it concerning that they are always running sales. Why is that? What are they trying to hide by constantly discounting their products? This raises serious doubts about their business practices.

I strongly urge people to stay away from MichelleBrands.com. If you choose to shop with them, be prepared for unethical practices and an utter lack of customer service. They are under poor leadership, and nothing will change unless they start being accountable for their actions.
