Needs actual customer service
Very similar experience to most other reviews unfortunately, missing items and poor customer experience journey to try and get it resolved. I had an items missing & they have zero ways of actually reliably contacting them on their site in the UK (just an unmonitored chat bot) and they boldly state they do not monitor emails. Pretty sure I'm just not getting that resolved at this point as all I've had is some AI level responses - wild considering they're streaming 24/7. Go somewhere with decent customer service instead.

I have a faulty lock on my daughter's trunk which we use for her dance competitions. Her costumes are inside which I can not gain access to! The item locked at her last dance competition and I couldn't gain access to her costumes. She was extremely upset.
When I ordered this case I paid full price (not silly tiktok shop prices) plus I ordered the makeup case and jelly bag. So just over £300.
Because I ordered a few months ago they will not do ANYTHING to help. They haven't even given me advice on how I can reset the lock.

I ordered some products for my daughter for christmas (a week before black Friday) while on their TT Live and didn't think anything of it HOWEVER after 4 days I still had no tracking and shipping said delayed as the courier hadn't even received my parcel from MBM yet, I asked on the live if there was a shipping issue and all I got was "it's black Friday and we are only a small team" which I can normally understand but it's the only TT shop I had an issue with and let's face it black Friday happens at the same time every year so you would think they would be savvy enough to hire more team members. I ended up cancelling my order as they only had 2 days to ship before it was cancelled automatically. I instantly unfollowed them and will never be ordering again!

UK website: My order got stuck at customs because MBM filled out the customs declaration incorrectly and the customer service isnât helping. The package will be returned to MBM by customs. I hope that I will at least get my money back through PayPal buyer protection
EU website: ordered same items from EU website. Parcel (âthin plastic bagâ) arrived completely damaged and 3 out of 4 items were missing. Customer Support is not helping, neither got the items or a refund. Worst customer service ever!!!

Very rude hosts
Very rude hosts. placed an order on a live for a jelly bag bundle was told that it would be packed on the live which it was not despite the host stating that she would be packing the rest of her orders before she came off the live. When I asked another host about it when they next came on live she was very rude and stated that she was only focusing on packing orders that had been placed with her there and then and that she âmight pack my orderâ No other Information on what was happening as I havenât received any tracking information about my order. Very disappointed also the hosts seem to spend more time faffing about doing their makeup than putting their time into packing orders and providing good customer service.

Made By Mitchell products almost DISFIGURED MY FACE
I ordered made by Mitchell products from the TikTok shop and one of them had hair and plastic embedded into the product. i only noticed after I used the spatula to try the colors on my face near my eye. I also noticed the brushes they sent me in the other pallets i bought the brushes were ruined they had hairs stickin up in every direction and the tip of one of the brushes was bent. They also refused to send me replacements or a refund for those as well. Im a hairstylist and makeup artist so i bought these with the intention of using them on clients. After i noticed it i took pictures and sent them to tiktok shop for a refund i ended up throwing them away because i was scared after using them but they refused to refund me the money and they refused to send me replacements so they stole about $125 from me after i ended up in the hospital with severe eye cellulitis i had to get steroids, eye ointment, antibiotics, pain meds because the pain was excruciating, nausea medicine because i couldnt stop puking from the pain and another med. They are now being sold everywhere in the U.S. because they just got into ULTA a huge makeup chain here and are selling starting September 2nd i believe. I have pictures and pictures from my hospital visit as well but these people do not care about who they are infecting and their customer service is basically useless. Please help and please stop Made By Mitchell from being sold in the U.S. its just another U.K. Chinese company from tiktok trying to scam U.S. customers because they dont know any better. Lacklustre overconsumption core make up

I officially own around 15-20 MBM products therefore feel Iâve given more than enough of a chance to really appreciate and experience the products.
Letâs start with the good, MBM most definitely come up with some really innovative products at an affordable price point. I love the inclusivity of the brand too.
The things that bother me are, number 1. Why are they ALWAYS live on TikTok.. Iâll be honest itâs at a point where I donât join them anymore and it gives me the âickâ, one could say. There is no reason to be putting out so many products 24/7 and pushing sales that hard, CONSTANTLY.
Secondly, quality issues, due to mass production numbers? Iâm unsure, however, I feel a lot of the products are lacklustre and the quality is really lacking with cheap ingredients. Myself, I canât stand the texture of the curve case and the slip dews even the blurshes. I find some of the products very patchy and Iâve attempted to apply them as directed by Mitchell on their TikTok page videos. I often find myself wondering what the hype is all about because the products donât live up to the expectations and standards.
I also donât like that the brand doesnât seem to overly care for the environment. The amount of plastics in their products is unreal. Iâd love to see some reusable or refillable items. With such a mass following the least they can do as a company is care about the impact on the planet, and be seen to care too.
The product that really tipped me over the edge to writing this review is one of the lip sync glosses. When I applied it, it had a horrible smell and the texture felt cheap and barely lasted the hour. Even the packaging felt cheap like what youâd get in those 90âs kids make up sets youâd spend months begging your parents to get you for Christmas ⊠and thatâs definitely not a compliment in this case!
It saddens me to leave such a disappointing review as Mitchell seems like a lovely individual, who clearly lives and breathes his brand. But I do believe maybe itâs worth stepping back sometimes to reassess practices and care about quality over quantity. Also the impact it has on the environment and wider issues associated with overconsumption, because that is ultimately what this brand is heading towards.

Customer service is barely responsive, I contacted them immediately upon receiving my package. I was nervous to open it considering the under side of the package was beat the hell up, opened it and ONLY received 2/3 products, I was missing the "Lighter than Light" cream curve case. Then opened the Full Collection of the Blush palette and it was completely cracked, an entire MESS, of product.
I ordered more product prior to receiving this and feel like this is going to be one HELL of an experience to even try to get customer care to answer.
Biggest red flag is the customer service, and DHL, well, thanks for making this 10x worse.
FIRST TIME BUYER AND LAST TIME
I never tried this makeup brand before so I ordered 3 of there 18euro mystery Bundles on tiktok and I was very disappointed as I received 3 mystery Bundles with all the same products so I got 3 makeup sponges, 3 Minnie eyeshadow pallete and 3 highlighter all the same shades I wouldn't buy from them again as I was on there tiktok live that day I mentioned I'm new costumer and haven't tried there products before so asked could they put diffrent products even just diffrent shades and I was reassured that it was perfectly fine they would do that but unfortunately they didn't.

Ordered a 6 piece bundle which was on a double up promotion. Only received 10 items in the package. When you try to contact customer service all they want you to do is send all the items back for a refund. You obviously can't send all the items back when they never arrived in the first case! Poorly made products
Contacted as I bought a makeup brush set. I have not had the brushes 2 months and the bristles are falling out in chunks. One brush has no bristles left at all. Contacted the company who have said they only deal with issues in the first 30 days. Wow does that mean they know the products are terrible and will fall apart after a month !
