Swift Service from Luscombe Mitsubishi Leeds

I took my car in after a recall for it to be checked over. This was carried out in a timely manner whilst I sat waiting with a coffee.
Friendly staff and great service as always.

New car

I needed a new car and I had bought my last car from Luscombe’s as well. I had received such a good service that time which is why I went back. I was sold both cars by Andy and I cannot fault him, he gave all the answers to my questions and was honest and didn’t make me feel like I was being pushed into a sale which is something I was worried about at other places. When I need another car I will probably come back to the dealership for these reasons.

Excellent service by all personnel.

Excellent service by the receptionist regarding booking and reminders and following service. Health check video received showing details of work carried out. Car ready at time stated. Pleased by the cleanliness of the car upon completion.

Great service from start to finish 


Found it really easy to book my car in for service and MOT, sent me a text reminder a few days in advance and called me the day before to confirm all was ok to go ahead. Called me at 2pm to say my car would be ready to pick up at 3.30pm. Was seen quickly at the service desk, ran through the details of the MOT, everything was fine, paid and drove my car home. I'm very happy with the service from booking to collection. Would recommend to use Luccombe and I'll be booking my car in with them again.

Turned up on the wrong day for a


Turned up on the wrong day for a recall. I expected to be turned away but I was told Don't worry we will fit you in. The service from all of them is impeccable. From buying the car nearly a year ago to its first service and then this recall. Well done to everyone that works there. Keep up the good work.
