The engineer was on time, lovely and very helpful. We have recently moved into our first home so we had the boiler service done for peace of mind as we had no previous paperwork for it. The service was very informative and the engineer showed us how everything worked and replaced faulty items for us. Would highly recommend this company for their fast and efficient replies and excellent work.

This is our second service by MLC and haven't had any problems, he is knowledgeable and reliable. Will definitely use this company again.

We have used MLC Plumbing a few times , the last job was to replace a flue liner and fire box as always excellent service.

I cannot praise MLC Plumbing and Heating Ltd enough. From installation of the central heating and the ensuing annual service, also fitting and servicing a new fire. The service was provided in a pleasant, efficient and timely manner and value for money

We have lived in our house for 35 years. Martin is the best tradesman we have ever had !!!

Late last evening I had a misunderstanding with my new boiler. I didn't know the finer points of increasing the pressure in the boiler. Martin (heating engineer) tried talking me through the problem. Unfortunately I'm not mechanically minded. We then tried you tube - not good for me. I thought a U tube went under the toilet. Anyway all else failing Martin took pity on me and rode to my rescue. I was so relieved, the boiler stopped leaking (I had over filled it) and eventuality peace reigned. Every one should have a tradesman like Martin. Worth his weight in gold.

Was promt anrd efficient as always and would recommend this company to anyone.

We got in touch with Martin as a result of recommendations from a friend. He changed our heating system to an unvented one and fitted a new boiler.
He was very punctual and carried out the work very efficiently with minimal disruption.
He made sure everything was working properly. We are very pleased with his work.

We had a water leak with water dripping in to the dining room. We phoned to request a visit to repair the leak and Martin arrived within 30 minutes. It was a difficult job to repair as it was the hot water pipe under the bath but he completed the job within 1.5 hours.

Martin gives excellent customer service. Boiler stopped working at an elderly relatives house he was there within 2 hours to fix it. Always helpful giving advice on problems and servicing.

Martin was great, excellent attention to detail. Told us what would happen and when. Made sure everything worked perfectly before he finished the job.
