Great service and costumer supprt

Aiden did a great job and found the insurance that covered all my needs. Very polite and efficient and happy with the cost, that's something unusual in the insurance business.

Very helpful when sorting out policy
Never had to claim yet so not sure how full process would be
But customer services seem very nice

I had to call twice, once to enquire prior to paying (unsure of the gentleman's name sorry!) and he was super helpful and the second gentleman i spoke with was Aiden James, i cant recommend him enough! I hope he sees this! So helpful, super friendly and so quick in sorting my cover, my stress was gone in seconds! Will be using this company for years to come!

Was surprised at the big increase in premiums this year, renew was smooth process.

I arranged my medical malpractice policy online within less than 5 minutes. The site is easy to navigate and the cost is extremely reasonable

Very smooth and easy to navigate

I had John Richardson who is fantastic, very efficiently handled my issue in such a short time.
He is always available even on Friday afternoon.
He nicely sorted out my request on last hours of Thursday last week before the long weekend, which was such a big relief.

After i have paid for the insurance i was looking for i have realised i have done a mistake. Called back and Simon sorted it out straight away with no complications. Next year for sure will renew insurance on this same company 👍🏻

So, I work as a self-employed nurse practitioner. Since a locum agency told me about the RCN, I had to look for another cover. But that being said, whoever works in GP surgeries and is locum or not is automatically covered by the NHS negligence scheme.
Now, I had a quote from these cowboys, which was around 1.3k a year. They are very nice when it comes to taking money off your account. But finding that I do not need this cover, as I do not do private work. So I wanted to give up this insurance as it is extremely expensive (and for those keyboard warriors - we are not paid the same like doctors - ever). NOW THE FUN PART BEGINS. This arrogant "John" answers and says ", Yeah, sir, you cannot stop this insurance as it is an annual insurance!"
I said, well, no is monthly paid, so whatever happens after this is my problem! I just want to stop it!
Then he says, no you cannot.
But then, quoting from the leaflet saying well, I can actually stop it at any time giving you notice.
But then adds - oh well, then we cannot cover you at all!!
They are very rude guys and unprofessional in this case!
