It's been a long nearly 6 months process in completing on our 1st house. But can't fault the service we received from all members of the team. Frances, Charlotte & Tim have responded to our questions, queries and moans when it has dragged.
Nothing was too much trouble, and with us living out of the area when we wanted to visit the property at short notice it was always facilitated.
The estate agents were an integral part for us as intermediaries between our sellers, their solicitors and us. Providing information that we struggled to get elsewhere.
It was a very personable, honest and friendly service we received. We would use their services in the future. Thank you so much.

Tim, Frances and Charlotte provided incredible support the whole way through the sales process. With this being our first time selling a property we were not familiar with the process but the team at Mockford & Hunt made everything as stress free as possible with regular updates. We decided to choose Mockford & Hunt when selling our property as Tim was more optimistic with the valuation of our property than other companies; a decision that was rewarded with a sale price considerably higher than other valuations. We will not be planning to sell another property any time soon but if we did we would definitely choose to work with Mockford & Hunt again.

We had a group chat and received updates as and when there was any news, including updates from solicitors. Wow. Fresh approach to selling and buying. Kept upto date through the entire process and gave us more information than the other estate agent we were buying through (struggled to get to even speak to them) we found looking for a house to buy some agents we abrupt and difficult but Tim, Frances and Charlotte such an amazing team go above and beyond making this our eighth move to most stress free and actually enjoyable yet.
