Gewoon goed

Al meerdere malen bij deze winkel besteld. Het assortiment is echt onderscheidend van andere soortgelijke winkels. Op e-mails wordt snel en correct gereageerd.

Het duurt wat langer voordat je de bestelling binnenkrijgt, maar dat staat keurig vermeld op de website. Het was voor mij in ieder geval het wachten waard.

Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen.

8 Days To Actually Send My Order

(This is my last edit, it's not worth my time)

Edit based on their reply. Review dropped from 3 to 2 for their failure to understand and making incorrect statements (notably, when my order was placed).

Update 3:

The order was placed at 2:40AM on the Monday morning - NOT the afternoon. 2:40AM at night on the Sunday (so very very early Monday morning), so it is reasonable to expect that the FULL working day of Monday is included within the dispatch period, which would mean dispatch on the Friday

There is no notice that orders are only processed in the evenings.

There is NO notice on the website that orders are processed in the evenings, and aside from me just having to Google it, there was no visible notice of an "open stock day" (unless customers are expected to trawl through every page, and even then there is no notice of no order processing).

As for the drop-off point being closed on the Monday, there are numerous others - two in less than 1km. An email of "sorry, we couldn't dispatch it on Saturday or Monday, it will be Tuesday" would have sufficed. If you are unable to log where a drop off was made (or receive the return collection email from DPD), then there is no confidence.

Point remains - greater communication is needed.

Original Review:

My item was in stock at the point of ordering.

It took them 5 days to mark as "sent" (ok, their website does say up to 5 days, but that is still a very long time), but they didn't actually drop it off at a DPD Collection Point for another 4 days. It was marked as "Sent" on the Friday, and dropped off the following Tuesday.

So, super slow and pushed back my commission build by a week.

If you mark it as "sent", then it should be at the point where the courier has it - not 4 days from when they have it. I might buy from them again at a pinch, but definitely better communication is needed.

Hello. i am sorry you feel this way but You did not read the info right. We do not say within 5 days but within 5 working days.

The order was made 19/1 so 5 working days is 26/1 and not friday as you claim. The order day is not included since we only are open in the evenings for order processing and only then see new orders.

When we make the labels our site says shipped and sends you a delivery code. So we where early in this case. But we could not deliver on saturday because we had open stock days as you also could see in our website. And monday the point was closed. So we delivered tuesday early in the morning. So not 4 days after our 5 day term as you said. but only a few hours.

We do our best to meet our promisses but not everything is in our hands.

Besides there was no request for urgency from your side nor anny comment in the order so we could not asses that any extra info was needed in an otherwise normal trajectory with all info delivered as alwyas

No, it is not reasonable to expect a full monday is inculded when you order in teh afternoon, even so whit shops open during daytime. There IS info that we process only in the evenings. Our website clearly states opening hours in the evening. And no we can not drive around to various delivery points. For several rasons. If something goes wrong in shipping woe should also remembrer where we shipped what parcel because they get returned there. And second. The parcels get delivered on our way to or from work.
Ans our website contains this info and as on every other site you have to browse around.

Sadly you keep telling our communication should be better but we followed normal steps so we do not need axtra info. Unless you told us up front with your order or in a seperate e-mail that it was urgent. Then we could have a) tried to ship it sooner and/or inform extra if needed. So that works both ways.

* Opening hours are clearly stated and if a shop is not open during the day there will also no processing of orders, that should not be mentionned seperately.
* We did ship on friday but due to open stock days clearly mentioned in our fair calender the delivery in the delivery point was impossible. The delivery point being closed on monday was unforseen
* You did not mention urgency in the order remarks, a sepperate e-mail or chat or.... so how where we to know it is urgent???

And your commision build being pushed back because we delivered 2-3 days later than you tought.... If u needed this o fast because of the late ordering it was on you to sent us this request.

Fair prices and good service

Fair prices, and good service.
We experienced a problem, where the parcel delivery made a mistake, and my order was returned to sender.
Seller gave quick answers and regular updates when solving the problem.
My order arrived in second attempt withour further expenses.
So - very serious seller. :-)

Incomplete or damaged kits

I bought old collector kits but several of them were incomplete or with a damaged box, this was not mentioned on the site.

We regret something was not OK in the order but you need to contact us first via mail to communicate what is wrong. We never had a chance to help you or solve this. There where things mentioned in the remarks of the items, So telling it was not also is not helpfull. Did you open every item completely to read the remarks. This means when they are shown in the list you need to click on "quickvieuw or on the title to see the detail page of each item. I can already tell you did not : example kit R0003 had one about a missing gadget, also 4568 about a dammaged box, etc. You state you bought old collector kits but we sell second hand kits. nowhere we state that boxes are in collection condition. This is also explained in the info page of the second hand kits and in the terms and conditions.

And if even then something arrives not to your liking you need to contact us to solve. a bad review will not solve things

Hello

I do not understand why you comment on the shipping time? We clearly state in our site that we ship within 5 working days (and not weekdays). And this is what we did in your shipments as well... And for the prices... we do not make these, the shipping partners dictate the charges
