Expect to receive incomplete kits.

Expect to receive incomplete kits from this seller.

I ordered an old plastic model kit plane from this seller which had a description that only stated that the original box was missing. However, when I received this kit I discovered that the kit had a lot of essential parts missing, such as:
* All transparent parts including the canopy
* All control surfaces
* The horizontal stabilizers
* The decal sheet
* The wheels
* The propellers
* The engine cowlings
* Many smaller details

I only received the instructions, fuselage, main wings and some useless smaller details. When I brought this to the attention of the seller, they swiftly responded that I can send it back and get a refund. I decided to not do this as the kit was too cheap to be worth the trouble.

Although the seller offered a solution, the problem shouldn't have occurred in the first place. The kit came in a transparent box so it could've been easily checked for completeness.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment, but we did offer to resolve the issue and you chose not to proceed with that solution. Mistakes can happen — when we receive a collection, we carefully check everything, but unfortunately, this item ended up in the wrong pile. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again in the future.

In spite of confusion with the order, kindly accepted to exchange for the originally intended product with a rapidly set appointment.
