Cierta incertidumbre. Espero que mejore este aspecto. Estoy satisfecho.

Review herzien i.v.m. onterechte reclame!

In mijn geval ontbreken decals.

Dear Tonny. Our webite shows info pages about new and old items. in these info pages we clearly explain that you have to open each item by clicking before ordering. Especially the second hand kits. There you will see a description of issues if any. In your case there was clearly shown "no decals" so it is a bit strange to then leave a review of 3 stars because of that.

When reading the above response this customer verified our info on the webshop. He was so correct as to inform the readers and alteringhis review. we try to be correct and value customers who do the same. Having customers like Tonny keeps our job fun.

Apparently for the owner my name was not a real name, so he canceled my order and canceled my account even though I am very easy to find on Google and I even contacted him prior purchasing. I contacted him right after to get explanations and only got bad faith explanations.

I should have followed my first feeling. When a shop owner is bothered by a simple question on a second hand product: shop elsewhere.

We are not bothered about "a simple question", but when the request about the second hand item is asking if the kit is "new at second hand prices" without reading the info on the website. You can not expect that alle sprues are still in their bags, al items still on the sprue and in mint condition we answer short referring to the info on the site and stating it is second hand and thus this can not be expected. only to be colplete and buildeable.

But the reson of the deletion was explainde but ignored here. First off all 2 accounts where made within 5 minutes appart. Strage beacuse you realy need to restart yo do this. Then an order was made with a name that, when googled did not show his "easy to find" name but instead shows companies and official sites in France. The mail he was referring to was signed with first name only so we did not link it directly because we get a lot of interactions with customers. When we lloked into this behaviour we saw 4 unfinished orders in our store as well and when i reached out to clarify all 3 mails bounced, telling us it was untrustworthy.

So to protect our website, and potentialy our customers we act quickly in these cases and block the accounts, delete their acces and orders .
