It's a bit cumbersome that they don't send my order to my personal address but rather I have to specify another one.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. However, the information you've mentioned isn't entirely accurate. When placing your order, you had the option to choose between three shipping methods, and you selected the most affordable one. It's not that we don't want to ship to your home address—unfortunately, Mondial Relay simply doesn't offer home delivery in certain countries such as Spain and France.

It's the customer's responsibility to understand the shipping option they select. That said, we're always happy to provide more details in advance. You’re welcome to contact us via email, chat, or even leave a note with your order if you're unable to find the information on the courier’s website.

Na wat zoeken op de site zaken gevonden die nergens anders te vinden zijn,na de uitleg van het registreren bestelling gedaan en na afspraak opgehaald.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.En ja soms kan je ook tussen de bouwdozen snuisterijen zoals weleer.

Good Price for a rare Item

Good Price for a rare Item! Packaging seemed to be a little insuficient but the product was not damaged and the productbox was in good shape. 10 days Deliverytime from belgium to austria. Not out of the usual. Good experience. Thank you!
