They will take your money and then take months to deliver a product that is completely shattered upon arrival. They will not process a refund and will ignore your emails and no one picks up the calls. I cant emphasize enough NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS TERRIBLE FRAUDLENT COMPANY

Beware of this company. It took almost two months to receive my order of wine glasses. They put the glasses in the thinnest cardboard imaginable, and then put them in a plastic bag... and actually shipped them like this. The glasses arrived in pieces. Completely crushed. There wasn’t even a “fragile” sticker on the bag. DO NOT buy from this company.

I ordered 2 wine glasses on August 10. As of October 2 I had yet to receive them so I emailed them on same email i ordered. They replied its on the way. % days later I get one package that was crushed along with the 1 wine glass (i ordered 2). Now I cannot reach anyone to request refund. So its the credit card that will attempt to fight.
Also, the broke wine glass was a cheap as hell wine glass, very thin.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

I actually forgot that I had ordered these glasses. A packaged arrived the other day that was from Korea I thought for sure was for my son. It had been sitting on a chair for about 4 days, so I decided to bring it up to his room. As I was walking with it, I read closely and saw that they were my shark glasses that I had ordered over the summer!! I was in shock because I completely forgot about them.

When I opened the box the glasses were intact and perfect!! They are so friggin’ cool!! I am giving them to my daughter for her 23rd birthday which is today!! Timing is everything. There was an apology note in there for there popular back ordered product and gave me a lifetime 20%code for any future products.

I guess the moral of the story is all good things come to those who wait, especially if your forgetful lol :D

Ordered wine glasses several months ago. Several attempts for an update on shipping failed. When I complained to paypal they generated a shipping number which a month later still shows 'no shipping record' with China post. Avoid this company.

After 3+ months the shark glasses finally arrived. After about 3 weeks of sending emails to follow up I had come to terms that I had been scammed.

Until last night...coming home from a long day I noticed a package waiting at my doorstep. Seemed like it came from a foreign country (could be a reason for such a long delay?). The boxes themselves had some damage, but the glasses look well made and intact!

Response time is a -2.
Delivery time is a -3.
Product is a solid 8.

Be ready to wait, I’m assuming they were extremely back ordered.

Waited for over two months for the wine glass to arrive, and it came completely shattered in a crushed box. So disappointing, and it seems like there is no point in trying to get my money back.

I saw Molicoco's ad on Instagram and placed my order on the 2019-08-09.

After paying through Paypal, I waited as I do know it takes time. However, after waiting for more than a month, I started to worry. I did my research on Google, and I have found this site (Trustpilot). I read all the reviews and started to see a lot of people were in the same boat as I am.

I sent an email to ask Molicoco about my order as a lot of people, including myself, have started to wonder if they are a scam on 2019-09-17. Surprisingly Molicoco replied to me on the 2019-09-18.

They were sincerely sorry and explained why the orders are delayed. And finally, in 2019-10-10, I got my shark glasses for my sister in the mail. It was perfect, and they also included a loving message with an apology once again.

I gave this a 5 star to prove that they are not a scam, and hopefully, more people will get their shark glass soon. I did wait for almost 10 weeks and it was painful. I do think Molicoco can definitely improve their customer service.

I ordered their shark wine glasses back in the summer and received ample notifications of the order being process, order being shipped, order arrived. Only problem is I never received it but they got my money. I emailed them 5 weeks ago, hoping that the wine glasses would arrive but have heard nothing from them. A total scam, lessoned but. Sad part is that as this kind of stuff continues (and I went to their website it was not a hyperlink from someplace else) people will stop buying this way. I guess now I will check for reviews before adventuring.

Ordered these over 2 months ago - acknowledged my order right away, then nothing.I sent multiple emails to them asking status, nothing. I finally filed a dispute with paypal and then got a shipping notice - that goes to a "No shipping record" site. Still waiting on paypal to refund. Sad - these look like they are great and would have ordered more after getting them but don't know IF I'll ever get them.

I like everyone else ordered the shark wine glasses the moment i saw them on facebook. After disputing the charge via paypal in September, the glasses arrived in October. Like others, the tracking number i was provided in email communication did not work, and there was insufficient email communication from Molicoco to give man assurances this wasn't a bogus company. However, in spite of the outer boxes the glasses came in being quite beat up, the glasses did arrive in one piece. So it sounds like this company is just very slow at fulfilling their orders and deficient in communication

But they did deliver. FYI.

I finally got these glasses. After 3 months from ordering the glasses did in fact arrive. I had an open dispute with paypal as I feared from reading on this website the company was fraudulent. Turns out they're just really REALLY slow with shipping. As the glasses come from China. The outward boxes were a bit rough in shape but luckily the foam padding did its job and the glasses are in tact. They will be a pain in the but to clean, however they look really cool. My advise is to be patient. The tracking is sketch AF as I never was able to look tracking up due to the website saying they didn't even have my tracking number. I'm only giving g 3 stars because shipping was so slow and unreliable with provided tracking number. Otherwise the glasses are just as expected. The stem holding the shark is thick which I hope will keep it in tact. The glass its self is typical wine glass thickness. Cheers guys hope you all get your glasses soon. Also enclosed was an apology and 20% off discount however I'm not sure I'll be ordering much else from molicoco due to shipping issues.

I ordered the wine glasses, I didn't jear anything. I sent an e-mail, no response. I finally went after them on FB and got a response. My box of broken glass arrived today after 2-3 months. It has been refused. We'll see if they refund me or I dispute.

Ordered these glasses in July. I have never received them! I’ve sent several emails all of which have gone unanswered. I’m not reporting them to the Consumer Affairs.

I ordered on 8/13/2019. I inquired on 9/11/2019 about the status of my order. They promptly replied that there was a delay due to a shortage of stock but that it would ship within 4 days.

I asked for another update on 9/24/2019 and they promptly responded that they forgot to “mark” my order after the last update they had given me. They said that it would ship the following day. I am not confident that they will ever ship the item, and at this point the recipient of the gift has had her birthday come and go. I told Molicoco I want to cancel the order and refund my money. They once again assured me they would ship it the next day but I once again said I want to cancel this order.

They have stopped responding to me and have not confirmed of a refund.

I ordered shark wine glasses over a month ago. I’m starting to feel this was a scam and I’m getting ready to contact my bank.

Calls have gone to what appears a fake line that asks you to press random numbers each time to connect and then goes silent.

Email is not being acknowledged.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Instagram should eliminate advertising by this company.

I placed an order on Aug/15/2019 for 4 shark glasses. it is now Sep 27 and nothing. I can't get anyone on the phone. With all the other complaints., there are enough people for a class-action lawsuit.
