Great service!! Really nice people very helpful.

Moove people was nice and helpful to me except one of them which I didn’t get the information about my car to know how I can use it because he referred me to google search and YouTube, and left me with the bloody Tesla car which is Rubbish car so far after a week 😒

I make a deal without even see the car.
But all they said it was true and perfectly.
Zaid is very straight forward person.

Drivers read the reviews this company is the worst Pco company you can ever rent from, you will never own anything from them. They are willing to give you no deposit, because the deal is a rape you being the victim. The extra charges are outrageous the cap on mileage is ridiculous, the customer service is terrible. Do your research it may look appealing now, because you don’t have to pay a deposit but it is not worth it, every driver you see driving one of these cars is a slave. You might aswel write slave on your cheek and call yourself prince lol. This car will cost you £2,000 a month just to rent. This is before you have made any profit, the charges are hidden in the fine print. You will never own the car because of the fine print, and you will never be in the position to take any holiday with this car, there holiday promise is a scam. On top of that they can cancel the contract anytime at their discretion.

I dealt with jayanne who sent me my contract on the day of sign up, when she was supposed to send it two days before. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF, I rented a Tesla from someone else after this the deal was good, I just paid my deposit and my fixed rental, it was bit more then what Moove tell you, but there was no hidden extra charges. The contract is awful, every week you will pay more then what was presented to you through there fine print contract. You are only benefiting the owners, the flunkies in the office do not care. Everything here is a scam.

Read all the bad reviews and you will learn how this company operates, spread the word on socials and let people know about this. PCO drivers have a community we can create awareness, and give company’s like this a hard time.

All those good reviews are fake, they have flunkies in the office doing that for them all day, you’ll make more if you get a good deal.

Very smoothly all process for getting tesla model 3 on rent to buy and Zaid is very professional and loyal.

Scumbag company I was with them from the start. Plenty of fake reviews on here and many they have begged trustpilot to remove. Zaid no1 great guy after that I can name many crooks. The cars just look on companies house under moove uk with multiple umbrella company's under them. The cars are on a possession order via the courts. They will con you on the milage, they will take money out.your account on various days without knowledge , they will call you and lie about there name, where they are. Don't test me moove I will tell everybody. Oh 1 last thing. They will say you breaking t&C good luck to the new drivers. Give it a few months and they will con you. As I said I can say many many things.

From the start to the end Marcus was very helpful with everything helped me with all of the process and answered every question I asked, I would definitely give moove a try guys they ain't like the big companies who scam you out of your money , if you need a ev car rent to buy or hire , 10 out of 10 .

5Stars On helping me getting started and explaining everything. I will be updating this as soon as I need help with the car such as repairs and what not. Because thats where all these companies fail to treat drivers well. But so far so good

Fantastic help and clear and simple process

The moove team are very helpful, anytime i have had any issues (which is often), i find the staff very understanding and accommodating.
Jayanne is always helpful as is Anthony but Anni has always gone above and beyond to help me resolve any problems ive had over the 2 years being with Moove.

I have been speaking with Zaid, for a few weeks regarding renting a car from moove.
I have bombarded him with hundreds of questions but he remained professional and answered every question i have with all the information i needed.
I had a great experience with moove, everything went so smoothly and they where so helpful!
They are always there when ever you need help and always happy and willing to help!
