Anthony was a great help he helped me through every step of the way and if I had a problem he sorted it out ASAP

It has been a great experience from the start to collection day, Oliver has been a great help, guiding me throughout the whole process of acquiring my new Tesla.
The car is great compared to any ICE car and I’m also saving a lot when charging the car at Tesla superchargers, once I install a charger at home the fuel will cost roughly £5 per day!
I am sure it will be a great journey for the next few years together with Moove.

Great company, i would say get on this deal, team at moove are the best, any problems they got you, my experience has been delightful

Stay away from this short-lived overseas investment.

Read other drivers comments. Omit the positive ones as those are only because of Moove manipulation at trust pilot or their influence with new customers- who they ask to rate in the first weeks.

Do your maths, as you will be paying £ 220 + costs per week- 4.5 years ( source their website) for the 2022 Tesla, which is currently worth up to 15K ( check Autotrader) minus detrimental fact to the value that was used as a taxi, so most likely 10K.

Today my onboarding with kaz, Leo and Anthony was phenomenal, the process was soo smooth, friendly and quick cheers. My experience with moove was excellent and the boys really did an amazing job i highly recommend moove.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a great looking car Tesla model 3 for my day to day work via moove & I honestly can’t speak highly of my experience from the start till the end.

The team took the time to listen to my enquiry carefully, went beyond my expectation as for me, I was lucky enough to get the car quicker then I expected “ I must say the team did mention the waiting time was 3 to 4 weeks” but Mr Zaid amazing guy ended up reaching out to me with a great surprise of a car that was available to get without me waiting due to a cancellation.

The above was just the start however I have been dealing with a company for 14 weeks and I can’t fault anything so far. When you reach out driver support they are quick enough to reply and were helpful always. Even the accounts department name Anni carefully listen to my enquiry request and supported me with the best outcome.

I highly recommend the company.

When I signed up to them I spoke two guys called Anthony and shah Ammar they promised me weekly price of 264 weekly for a Tesla model 3 standard and I was about to go on holiday so I couldn’t do on boarding they didn’t even tell me it’s first come first serve basis and when I came back price was still the same but now I couldn’t do onboarding because they didn’t have any cars available they said it will take 3 to 4 weeks now I get a email within two weeks now the price has changed to 295 not only that they first asked to pay for 4.5 years and now it’s over 5 years, I understand the company can change its terms and condone but provide proper customer service to customer that were in the process of on boarding before hand so if they can sort out something I will change the review but for now don’t get scammed by these people I would highly recommend to got with anyone else at least they are honest about what they say next thing is that you get charged for other things also.
