Shipped my order quickly, respond pretty quickly through email or social media about product concerns and troubleshooting! Honored a promo for me when they didn’t have to, thats deserving of 5 stars for sure!

The quality of the 3rd brake light is excellent. I should know I'm QC at a nuclear plant. The videos on YouTube are also a tremendous help. I painted the screws black. Something Morimoto could think about to take this product to the next level.

I would give them 5 stars but I had a new headlight fail (45 days old). However they handled it very professionally & fast. Had to pay for the replacement until they received the defective headlight. I understand as im sure they have gotten burned before. Shipped replacement the same day & issued refund promptly upon receiving the defective peice. Aside from the issue i had the products are well built & performe great. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Love these headlights for my 2019 F350. The last set lasted 7 years. After 7 years I got a little moisture in my drivers side headlight and one light went out. I love the look of my new ones. I would recommend Morimoto lights to anyone.

Very disappointed. I ordered a set for my F430 and the first set has loose lenses out of the box and improper resistors that created CEL on my car. Had to pay to remove the entire set because you would not ship me just the 1 defective light. Then I had to have the 2nd set installed and they also created CEL failure even though I asked to be tested prior to shipping. Customer service refused to fix it so I had to spend $200 on an aftermarket resistor to fix YOUR problem which is known on the F430. No reimbursement was offered. I have other Ferrari's too but I would probably not buy your product again.

First time purchasing a Morimoto product. They are definitely pricey compared to other brands, however the product quality is worth the price. Definitely an improvement over OEM.

The product truly meets my expectations and is absolutely superb :) The delivery abroad (Belgium) was perfect as well!

Received first set of taillights damaged and got sent a new pair with no hassle. Taillights look great when installed and so far work as expected.

Lightbar installed easily, fit well, and is really bright 🌞 nice at night in a Supercrew Ford f150 with tint.

Total garbage. The blinkers don’t blink they glitch out. The fit is terrible. Gaps all the way around. Won’t keep dirt or dust out. They want me to return them and pay a 20% restock fee on defective crap. Beware. The lights don’t even work and terrible process and customer service. I made a huge mistake buying from these guys. Also they lie about shipping. Said it was shipped on a Monday and really shipped on a Friday. Crazy experience.

Great quality nicely built lights. I've ordered from morimoto for 2 different vehicles and each time it's been fantastic. My latest purchase was for the fender chop marker lights for my gladiator. My only thing, I wish they had an option for sequential turn signals with this kit.

Definitely recommend and worth the price

Terrible experience. The product has a very fragile part that breaks easily. The part doesn't replace itself; you have to replace the whole thing because they don't sell replacement parts separately. They honored my warranty and made me spend a lot of money because I had to provide evidence by destroying the old items. I tried to pay them to keep the old item, but they wouldn't budge.

UPDATE
In response to Morimoto Lighting's comment, what they told me is completely false. I'll post a copy of the email I received from them. My mechanic charges for every single thing he does, and I still have to pay. It would have been so easy to give me a shipping label; I would have sent the old ones to them, and the problem would have been solved.

This involves providing photos of the following:
The connector cut on the back of each light
A hole drilled into the lens of each light
The serial number on each light

Awesome lights, such an improvement compared to factory lights. They look awesome, huge lighting upgrade for my 2015 Toyota Tundra. Truly plug and play!

I purchased their 7440/7443 XBR amber led bulbs. They advertise them as no resistor needed, and they worked perfectly without them. No hyper flash, no blinking, and functioned exactly as OEM designed the circuit to work.

Getting vehicle specific parts could be fine tuned a little better for trim models, but at that I’m being nitpicky. Every product I’ve gotten from Morimoto over the years has been the best quality, beautifully designed aesthetically, and has performed the function as designed. I’ve never had to call customer support, I’ve never need warranty replacements, and I’ve always been very happy with my purchases.

I would highly recommend their products to anybody that needs them.

Handled my warranty quickly! Out of my F150 and replaced in one week! Like the peace of mind of a five year warranty. Since Ford doesn’t make replacements for the LED fog lamps you have to source them from the aftermarket. Like the option Morimoto has to make the lamps light in either white or amber.

After a few prior “fog” light purchases, which provided insufficient lighting for my truck, I settled on the highest power amber cube spot lights from Morimoto (4Banger 2.0 HXB Pods) and now I have what I need when it comes to lighting at highway speeds (for bad weather driving). The LED housings and mounting brackets are very high quality, and worth the expense imo.

Backed their product (LED fog lights) that had a 10 year limited warranty after 7 years of using them. Sent them my receipt, and after a few emails, I got my replacement.

Multiple purchase customer here. I purchased headlights fog lights, ditch lights bed lights reverse lights tail lights from my 2023 Tacoma and they’re fantastic! More Moto makes top quality products fairly easy to install. Their support is fantastic. If you need it, I would highly recommend their products for your vehicle.
