Not good.
Iâve been a loyal customer of Motocenter for about 10 years, but my recent experience was disappointing. After replacing my battery, they immediately blamed the bike for a faulty battery without checking anything, then claimed I wasnât riding enough to recharge it properly. They also charged me 78⬠to recharge it, but it died again after a few days. Now Iâm left with a motorcycle I canât use, and they asked me to dismount the battery (including removing the gas tank, etc. something I wouldn't know how to do) to send it to their supplierâand theyâve stopped replying to emails. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Not the service I expected after a decade of loyalty.
