It was a really easy process, got a lovely car and speedy delivery at a good price

Would highly recommend if you are thinking about a new car.

Top class service, so easy to use. Friendly staff who responded to all my queries swiftly. Highly recommend them.

Big shout out to Eloise for getting me the deal I needed and all the finance approved quickly, making my first time leasing an easy and smooth process 10/10. And also for Arun on deliveries for chasing the dealership to get me a delivery date immediately once the vehicle was in stock with the dealer.

Amazing service from the team, I would highly recommend.

I received a quotation for a deal and car was advertised as in stock. I applied for it and submitted all the relevant information for the finance application. This application dragged on for over 2 weeks and they were coming up with a lot of stories on how their system wasn't working with Experian and I did not exist with them, which I find extremely hard to believe seeing as they provided all my credit history and scores for my remortgage earlier in the year.

Last Monday I was informed that I had passed all the necessary checks and there was no issues with it. They did inform though that they could no longer honour the deal as it was out of stock but the exact same car was in stock if I was willing to pay approximately £85 a month more.

After declining this and stating that they should be providing this vehicle as per their original quotation which I had accepted and therefore the are in breach of contract. I was told they would sort it, numerous calls, promised call backs which never materialise, no solution.

The last I heard was their Chief Operating Officer was reviewing the case and sorting it and was promised a call back. Shock, no call back again!

if I was you I would avoid these like the plague, falsely advertising deals they cannot honour (which I have reported to Trading Standards), bad customer service and full of excuses as to why they cannot do this, this or this.

The most frustrating thing about this is I turned down a deal from a different supplier as was told it was all in hand and would not be an issue and now I am back to square one after wasting over three weeks with this incompetent and dishonest company.

Fantastic service from the first contact to vehicle delivery , big thanks to Arun Ashad who sorted out a delayed delivery date and got everything back on track and Ryan Sherlock who handled my initial enquiry.

Used their website to find suitable leasing. Everytime i placed an order never heard back from anyone via email or phone. I requested several cars maybe thinking it was me at fault but the searches appear on my credit report. Upon me phoning them it turns out i was not accepted for the car i originally requested bit offered the same with a higher monthly payment. No communication, no service received.

the staff were very helpful and everything went fairly well,near the completion things started to get a bit hectic but it all got sorted in the end.
