Bought a Revvi 20 for my son and was very fast delivery and communication was brilliant

Bought a car for our daughter. Lovely car and in great condition. Great customer service and good communication.
Even bought gifts for our daughter when we collected the car.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely love the pink and the black Revvi electric bike’s The communication from start to finish was spot on — quick replies and really helpful throughout. Delivery was on time with no issues at all, which made the whole experience even better.

The bike itself looks amazing and rides great, exactly what we wanted. Don’t pay attention to the 1-star reviews — that’s just fussy people who don’t really know what they’re talking about. From my experience, everything was smooth and professional.

I recently ordered from the MotoX1 website and honestly had a really good experience from start to finish. I’d been looking around for a while for a kids electric dirt bike and came across MotoX1 while comparing a few different brands, Great service and fast delivery thanks!

Ordered and paid £325 for a revvi 12 told would be delivered in 5 days 10 days later tried to get in touch with them couldn't until I found a email address asked where item was and was told it was lost in transit and would get a refund 14 days later still no refund and now not answering emails luckily I paid with PayPal who are now in progress of getting my money back.Do NOT USE THIS FIRM.

Avoid these scammers. Ordered a revvi for my sons birthday 2 weeks before and it never showed up emailed them on 3 separate occasions and no reply. Luckily I used paypal and received a refund promptly

Reading all these reviews got me worried but the bike turned up on time they don't reply to emails but it still got delivered thankyou Motox1 my son will be buzzing with his revvi

Highly recommend this company and live chat customer support 4 days before Christmas and still managed to send a bike out 100 percent recommend little boys loving life on his bike

We were skeptical about ordering as little reviews however so glad we did, what a bike! We bought this for our almost 5 year olds Christmas and it’s fantastic! From the detail of the bike to the customer service and delivery, couldn’t recommend more! 😊

Have had a very positive experience from this company - bike arrived within 2 days! They have been prompt when responding to any query I’ve had and everything arrived exactly as described! My 3 year old loves his bike, battery has a decent life and the quality is impeccable. Very impressed

Had a very positive experience don’t listen to all the bad reviews they are usually just angry people who cannot understand that things happen in life and that we are not robots! My son loves his electric bike it really is fantastic I’d be lying if I said I haven’t had a go myself because I absolutely have. It’s got great charging time, looks fantastic. Bright lights which my son is obsessed with and rides a dream! Highly recommend !

Great experience initially had a problem with delivery however this was very promptly rectified by the company.

My 2 and 6 year old love the bike, it’s real good quality and rides spot on. Battery lasts well and only takes 4 hours to fully recharge. I would highly recommend for hours of daily fun.

No correspondence don't answer emails cancelled order after delivery date expires , promised full refund we shall see.seems like taking orders for bikes with no stock using money as a float

If I could give a zero star rating I would placed the order for my boys birthday present waited past delivery date hadn't heard nothing not even a confirmation email then when I chased it up was told was lost in transit then spent 2 weeks past the date they said they'd refund the money chasing it up to get my money back after not receiving my order would never order from them again and would not recommend to anyone else waist of time money effort and now my boy is without his buggy for his birthday thanks motox1

Showed stock, no communication and then shop cancelled order. Still waiting for refund and again no communication.
