MotoX1 Motocross ATV レビュー 

bought a z20 49cc quad bike for my son. We have had nothing but issues. It would cut out when throttle is released and fuel would leak from the carburettor. This company has ignored multiple emails, messages and calls. We ended up taking the bike to a mechanic who gave it the once over and found the float in the carburettor was installed upside down. amazing this company would not sell items that work straight away and which require further immediate attention and costs. However upon this the engine broke totally after 5 minutes of use. Eventually the company responded after ignoring us for many months they said they sent us a £50 goodwill gesture and thats all were getting (bike cost £270 plus mechanic costs on top of that to try to get it working). They said it is not their fault and is the responsibility of the supplier. They now wont even respond to messages or emails.

UPDATE (in response to reply): Eventaully after requesting a full refund to be continuosly ignored again. We decided to apply to for County Court Judgement (CCJ) process. Which was paid almost immedaitely. We were still out of pocket the costs for this and the costs for the mechanic. It should be noted the £50 refund was only provided 4 months. We should not have to pay for new engines for new bikes that have literally ran for minutes. The owner of this company needs to wake up and address his customer policy.

Partner bought this for a gift more trouble than it is worth.
You never ordered the pre order so had to chase that .should of just gone on made in China and bought 1 myself.saved £400.00 plus no communication at all like your afraid to speak or something.liberty.
I’m gunna put it out to every biker and his dog just how it all went with you terrible.so the bike won’t run got new bigger wheels from you which I had to chase and wait for then all the emails to and throw . Numerous things wrong with it.i would of done better getting a second hand bike .seriously it’s a piece of junk.
