I preordered the Inart The Batman 1/6 figure with Mozfigure in September 2023. This is my first inart order anywhere so I figured it would take a while to fulfill, considering my experience with 1/6 Hot Toys figures.
One year passes and I get suspicious honestly and I reach out asking to cancel, since I haven't appreciated the total radio silence. They message me back saying they can't due to the deposit they put down, but they'll offer me a discount on shipping. Well, at least that must mean it's still going to be shipped out to me soon so I wait. This was in November 2024.
It is now the end of 2025 and I see that people online have started receiving their figures. I assume that mine must be coming soon but I haven't heard anything from Mozfigure.
Jump again to April 2026, still nothing. Not a single update. So I reach out and ask if there is any update at all on my order. I get an email, "we will contact the studio to confirm the shipping status."
9 days pass and again silence. I reach out again, "is there an update?" Only after I bother them again do they finally tell me, "To date we have not received any response or notification from the studio. We can only assist you with exchanging for other items."
WHAT?! So I ask, "is my preorder cancelled?" I get the runaround, "The studio has not provided any shipping information yet, so we can only assist you in exchanging for other items." So I ask yet again, and clarify so they can't worm their way out of it, "I understand they have not provided shipping information yet. What I am asking is if the preorder for my order is still expected to be shipped eventually or if my item is no longer going to be available to be delivered at all. Are you still expected to receive the product?"
Mozfigure's official response: "We recommend that you exchange it for another item, as the studio has stopped responding and has not refunded the deposit."
At this point, I'm livid. What do you mean that for the past two years, I've been waiting on a preorder that these morons have failed to follow up on, with not a single update or check-in on the status, lost their deposit on, and are unable to keep in contact with their suppliers? AND they have the gall to tell me to take the fall for it and cover their asses on the deposit for an order they messed up?
And of course, as soon as I brought all this up to them (in a more polite manner, no cursing lol) and told them I want a REFUND... silence. As of now, they have ceased all messaging with me, despite my multiple emails.
Their store clearly has a policy that states, "If the order is cancelled by our store, a full amount of payment will be refund." Well, I guess we all know now that just means they'll never actually cancel, even if they by all consumer rights ought to, and will just string you on until it's too late to get your money back.

After months of excuses from this place I finally got my money back through PayPal, definitely a scammer avoid

I’ve been waiting for almost a year for the shipping invoice only for CS to tell me that the studio making what I ordered may have “absconded,” however the studio making the item that I ordered to replace it hasn’t responded to CS to invoice me either. It’s on the marketplace, to know the statuses of the studios that it works with. Now, I’m down $300, and I don’t believe that I’ll be getting that back—plus, I’m not the one who ordered it, so I have to drag my friend into the fight.

Update: I had to pick another item that my payment would go toward, and the item that I selected was sold out from preorder. Never have I seen an online market be so disorganized as to have sold-out items listed visibly and not crossed off as sold out. This is also a responsibility that this market fails to fulfill. So I had to pick ANOTHER item, and am waiting for THAT studio to send a shipping invoice, all because the marketplace deceived me into waiting until the PayPal 180 days to clear so that I can’t demand a refund. This is insane!

Although this feedback is late, my experience with Mozfigure was very positive. I placed my order in January and received it in May earlier this year.
The Pyramid Head figure I bought was extremely limited and completely sold out everywhere, but somehow they still had one left that I was able to get by emailing them and asking myself if, by any chance they still had one left.
A small piece was missing (the apron on the Pyramid Head), but I believe this was not their fault. They did their best to assist me. However, due to the statue being very limited and difficult to obtain, I did not receive the missing piece. Despite this, I received my dream statue, and their customer service was very responsive throughout the entire process. Thank you very much! 🖤 I’m still very grateful to own the piece and happy I was even able to find it. It is my dream and grail forever.

Thief. Don't pre-order from this guy. You won't see your product, and you won't see your money. If you follow up, you'll receive "blow-off" emails.

I have preordered a statue in June 2024 that was to be released in December 2024.
In January 2025 I had to conact them. They told me the shipping is now half of what the statue is worth. After some consideration I paid the fee. Then, nothing. I contacted them in March 2025, no reply. I contacted them in May 2025, they suddenly told me they miscalculated the shipping and that I have to pay half of what the figure is worth again.

I told them then I want to step back from this contract, for they have left me waiting for almost a year now and switch shipping prices however they want. Since then they have been ignoring me and I had no chance to have my figure payment returned.

That is over USD300 thrown out the window.

The website is very legit and I loved my figure I got. Shipping does take time and I do feel as if the shipping is way overpriced and I didn't know how much shipping would be until it was ready to be shipped, but either way I still chose to go through with the purchase and I was still satisfied. This company is also very good with communication and they get back to you quickly through email. Personally, I would reorder from them again myself, because at the end of the day I'd spend the same amount of money buying these figures anywhere else or maybe even more.

Hello Guys, This website is a complete scam. Please don't buy anything from here. The other positive or semi-positive reviews given by others regarding this website are from the same scammers who operate this website. Please don't fall for this scam.

Ridiculous shipping prices. Does not run an honest business. Enforces a 13% refund fee but cannot follow a 3% discount offer which is on the same website.

Legit website would recommend, got Shenhe 1/4 by LazyDog Studio Super happy with it :D

UPDATE 2:

Careful again because this seller is casually protected by Paypal not accepting any kind of statement, closing the case without a solution for the buyer.

Conclusion: SCAM site abusing buyer rights. My recommendation: not buying but if you buy, directly do it with your debit or credit card. It would be easier to get back your money throuhg VISA/Mastercard than Paypal... which is a mere spectator.

UPDATE
19th September the figure was received but broken both left leg and claws. Seller tells me they will not provide any support or after sales. They can only give 15$ to repair the figure myself. So I buy I figure, logistics or seller send it broken and according to them, they have no responsibility. This is a joke. The value the figure had is lost. Again, dispute opened in PayPal against this seller.

This product was ordered 6th of june. I've been quite polite until now. Have been asking for tracking numbers. They first sent me a UPS number, then another different after I realized it was cancelled. Then, they created a DPD tracking number... Then, tired of this nonsense I asked formally DPD which told me there was nothing in their hands. So I have decided to open a dispute in Paypal to register all the conversations and finally try to receive the product or a full refund.

Web makes it easy to pay. They rapidly send you paypal link to pay, invoice... After this, the waiting is an odissey. Lack of interest from the seller, and only "good words" making up the complete disaster that I am suffering (do not know yet if it is intentional or not).

I have been talking to them via paypal for nearly two weeks. They only state "please, be patient, some screenshots of the DPD tracking number and sorry for inconvinience". Wether I receive the product or not, this comment will not be change. This company has to improve quite much in client assitance and after sales...

Mozfigure deliberately waited over 180 days to avoid a refund. They update the status of an order as "awaiting shipment" without ever giving an update. And when asked, they say it will be shipped out ASAP. Which means nothing if ASAP is more than a year and a half later.

Do not buy from this company. They will scam you out of your money, and leave you holding the bill with nothing to show for it. You will never get your item, unless by some divine intervention you do. The customer support is only one person who makes up any excuse to either delay your order, or to tell you they will not refund you.

Terrible company. AVOID.

Just received the quarter scale Sephiroth statue, version 2 from Dark Horse Studios. The item arrived in great condition barring a scratch to the box. The actual statue and all parts were in perfect condition.
400+ USD for shipping to UK was kind of expected. Still, very pleased to be the owner of such a great collectors item.

Bought a figure from a secondary site they own slamtoys DOT COM, Tried to reach out for support to get shipping information have not been able to get ahold of anyone.

The figure they claim was in stock on slamtoys is out of stock on mozfigures and every other website. I contacted them to get information as to why and if my order was indeed still coming? No reply.

How do i know they own slamtoys aswell and are the same exact people? Slamtoys links directly to them as their main site on some product posts for more images of statues AND their domains are registered to the exact same place.. Their banking information is also posted publicly on the slam site not smart when trying to scam people an hide it.

Ill be opening a case with paypal with all the information ive collected on them "thank GOD paypal has good CS NEVER pay without it btw" So BEWARE SCAM SITE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I preordered a figure from them 6 months ago, paid for the figure & shipping through PayPal. They stalled until just about the day PayPal couldn’t give refunds (180 days) and then told me the item was out of stock.

I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give it to me since it had been over 180 days (even though there were about 10 days left for the refund). I’ve sent them messages through their Facebook page & emailed them, but they’ve stopped responding to my messages completely.

I’m still trying to work with PayPal to force them to give me my money back. What a nightmare..

Ordered and delivered all within the timeframe advised. Item was great and happy with my purchase. Delivery takes a little longer to Australia but worth the wait.

Don't buy absolutely!

Classic Chinese online scam site.
The products do not arrive or if they arrive they are very different from the originals presented or are heavily damaged.

You won't receive any after-sales assistance, they don't respond or they tell you that they can't do anything about it and even if the site accepts PayPal you still won't be safe, in fact they just need to pretend to accept the refund as long as they receive the item back...

But we all well know that no private individual can send an item back to China, and they know it too... which is why Paypal won't help you get a fair refund and will close the complaint in their favor.
