Midland Property did a full structural survey on a new rental property in the B28 postcode.
The detail received was extensive and they are always available over the phone to discuss in further detail.
I also needed a change made to the document (name change) which was done within 24 hours

Midland Property Surveys Limited were professional and very informative explaining all technical elements were required. They also offered potential solutions to issues noted where possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Midland Property Surveys provided a very thorough and detailed survey alongside excellent customer service.

Warren's report was very clear and provided detail of any defects and recommended work alongside pictures and an explanation. This made it really easy to understand what was required, and to communicate these defects to the vendors. He also collated a helpful list of actions which either we or our solicitor should follow up on to ensure we were fully informed of the property's status before completion.

They also managed to complete the survey within a week of our request which was incredibly valuable to us.

I highly recommend their services and would certainly use them again.
