Broek online besteld bij mr marvis en een broek in een winkel bij mr marvis gekocht. Helaas valt deze broek kleiner uit dan vorige aankopen dus wil ik beide broeken samen terugsturen, volgens ruil retourbeleid is dit mogelijk. Eerst netjes een mail gestuurd of dat dit mogelijk was, antwoord was dat dit kon maar dan moest er wel een handmatige aanpassing gedaan worden. Daarna nog een keer overlegd en toen kreeg ik als antwoord dat de broek naar de winkel terug moest.

J'avais acheté un pantalon même taille, il me va parfaitement bien. Je rachète un pantalon flannelle exactement même taille, il est beaucoup trop serré... J'ai retiré l'étiquette donc je ne peux plus le restituer. Je ne comprends pas la différence de taille entre deux pantalons.

J’ai passé une commande il y a 5 mois et je ne l’ai jamais reçue. J’ai vu ensuite que le site avait de très mauvais commentaires mais c’était trop tard.

Les produits ont été livrés rapidement et la taille est parfait. Une chose empêche le 5* : or que cela n’a pas été clairement affiché en ligne les consignes de lavage sont au sec. Je vais essayer de les laver à froid mais il est hors se question de faire laver au sec, je ne les aurais pas acheté si j’avais eu cette information. Surtout à ce prix c’est dommage.

Wat broeken betreft uitstekend. Wat levering dan betreft kan het stukken beter.

Je betaalt gemiddeld 109 tot 139 euro per broek, dan verwacht ik niet dat die slecht gebouwen, zonder verpakking in een doos is gepropt met een flyertje. Dan verwacht je ook de premium bezorging die erbij hoort

Mr Marvis bietet hochwertige, chice Herrenmode an, zu einem gerechten Preis an. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch die UX im Shop, Retouren Portal etc ist zeitgemäß und kundenfreundlich. Ich habe überhaupt keine Kritikpunkte.

Le blazer beige en maile etait parfait, merci.
Le pantalon en flanelle (taille 40/30) trop petit, pourtant le velours acheter il y a 14 jours même taille (40/30) etait parfait.
J’ai écrit plusieurs fois pour pour vous demandez d’harmoniser vos tailles zu niveau international. Cela evitera des déceptions et des frais.
