These Guys are amazing
These Guys are amazing! No fuss & they give good advise, they know what they are doing.
I was there for a new tyre and balance but they ordered a much needed wiper blade, it was delivered and fitted within an hour WOW!!!!!!

Good staff. Let down by order, website search and delivery of goods
I ordered 2 tyres online, using the search parameters I required. After I had ordered and booked a fitting date, 3 days later, I realised the load rating of the ordered tyres was not what I wanted, though suitable for my car.
The following day I visited Castle Boulevard garage in Nottingham and explained the above.
The staff were brilliant and ordered the correct rated tyre, saying that the original ordered tyres would still be received by them, that day and the correct ones by the fitting date 2 days later.
I attended the garage at the booked time/date (Ssturday 09.30) to be told that neither orders had been received!
Fortunately they were able to source a suitable alternative and fitted without me having to return. Though what should have been a 30 minute maximum visit turned into an hour longer than that.
Whilst I appreciate that things can go wrong and the staff sorted alternative tyres, I really dont understand why failed delivery of my tyres wasn't picked up the previous day, or when the garage opened at 8am. Surely it's a simple process to check deliveries have arrived for that days work and then resolve the issue either by resourcing and or contacting the customer to avoid a 20 mile round trip for nothing.
Staff were generally good, the tyres appear good quality, the background failings were not satisfactory.
All that aside. I have used this garage previously and would do again.

Thank you for the feedback following your visit as any feedback, good or bad helps us improve.
We will enquire with our suppliers as they're usually very prompt with deliveries. We do take on board that we should have noticed the arrival time had passed, and we are tightening up our procedures to improve on that score.
Regarding our website, almost all tyre retailers use the same data set for identification if tyre type and unfortunately some car manufacturers have quite a number of options, which is why it's recommended that the size and type suggested is checked against what is fitted. I know it's not perfect, but unfortunately, it's all we can do.
My own car has 3 possibilities on our website, and 12 on Kwik-Fit's website. The 3rd is correct on ours, and Kwik-Fit's most likely stated fitment is 7 places above what is actually on my car from new. That's not to imply that our site is better, it's just that they have included any size that could fit. They also have the same recommendation about checking the current fitment.
