Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We're sorry that your visit didn't go as either of us would have expected. Unfortunately, your tyres were delayed by our supplier, which was outside of our control. However, we also accept that we should have identified the issue sooner and contacted you before your original appointment, rather than you finding out when you arrived.

We're also sorry that your second appointment took around 90 minutes. We normally aim to fit four tyres in around an hour, so we appreciate that the additional wait was frustrating. We do think its fair to mention your fitting took place if the afternoon of a record breakingly hot day.

We understand why you were disappointed and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We've reviewed what happened to help ensure delays like this are communicated more proactively in future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We're genuinely sorry that you feel disappointed following your recent visit, particularly after being a valued customer of our Redditch branch for many years.

Following your complaint, I carried out a full investigation, including discussing the matter in detail with the MOT tester who inspected your vehicle and reviewing the subsequent telephone conversation with the branch. Unfortunately, whilst I appreciate your belief that the seat belt extender became damaged during the MOT, I was unable to establish evidence that this occurred whilst the vehicle was in our care.

Throughout our correspondence, we sought to explain our findings and also offered to inspect the vehicle and remove the extender free of charge if this could be done without replacing any components. Although you ultimately chose not to take up that offer, it was made in an effort to assist despite liability remaining unproven.

I'm also sorry that you felt our staff were rude. Having reviewed the matter, I found no evidence of discourteous behaviour, although I do regret that you left the interaction feeling that way. We always expect our colleagues to treat customers with courtesy and respect, even where there is a genuine disagreement about what has happened.

Whilst I appreciate we have been unable to reach the conclusion you were hoping for, the outcome of our investigation was based solely on the information available rather than any unwillingness to help.
