I had a very positive experience with Niki Lim. She helped me successfully obtain a six-month visa for my son, and I’m very grateful for all the work and effort she put into our case.

The process took a little longer than expected and at times it was stressful, but I understand that many of the waiting times were outside her control. What I really appreciated was how hard Niki worked, sometimes even outside her normal working hours.

Before I found Wallace, I was under a lot of stress. I had submitted a last-minute application by myself, but I missed many important documents. It was a mess.
Wallace was incredibly professional. He looked at my case and suggested that I should start a fresh application. He then wrote a very detailed 17-page cover letter to explain everything to the Home Office and helped me check all my evidence carefully.

I hired MSR to complete the conveyancing of a property I was purchasing. I had the pleasure of being passed between four different paralegals without being informed of any changes and the laziness and reluctance to complete the task made me run over the completion date.
