Absolutely horrific experience with this company.
Not even sure where to start adding legal fees without ever supplying a breakdown or invoice. Holding onto payments and not crediting them to the loan yet still charging interest. Internal complaint procedure a complete joke.
Stay well clear of this firm

This company dragged our mortgage application for more than 6 months despite having sent all the documents in time. Because of them we lost the house. They made us pay for evaluation fees but they were never done. The overall experience wasn't nice and it took them so long that we lost the house. Actively telling my family, friends and workmates of how bad this company has treated us. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I approached MT and the 11th hour after a bridging deal fell through with another lender. They were able to take a view on the valuation report and act quickly with certainty of funds. Emily and Ben were a pleasure to deal with throughout the application and I will look forward to my next case with them!
