Las sillas muy bonitas, pero la tienda fatal.. venden un producto que no tienen sale enviado y luego de dos semanas te dicen que el producto llegará después de 3 meses. No atienden los teléfonos, tienes que escribir por correo si quieres que te resuelvan.. tuve que hacer el cambio de mis sillas por otras por el retraso de envío (3 meses después que salía como enviado) y todavía espero la devolución de la diferencia.

The chair arrived with a snapped metal frame. Even though I responded within 24 hours, they later said it wasn't eligible for return because I didn't contact them. I did. Both the policy and the implementation of that policy are hostile toward the customer.

Todo ha ido perfectamente, las mesas corresponden con la descripción, el tiempo estimado de llegada se ha cumplido he incluso en una ocasión he hablado con vosotros y el trato ha sido exquisito. Gracias 🙂

very disappointed by this service, ordered 2 glass tables on July 18th with a 7 day delivery, 3 weeks later still no delivery.

None of their tracking works, truly a terrible service.

Cannot vouch for quality of product as not received.

Muitos meses para entregar e sem seguimento da encomenda explicando o que se estava a passar.

Producto entregado dañado y con caja de transporte rota.
Se mencionó en el documento de entrega y nadie se preocupó por parte de Mueble Design.

We received the goods on time, professionally packed and in the promised quality and are highly satisfied. The customer service is reliable, but not immediately available to the customer. We had called customer service several times, but there was no answer even after 15 minutes on hold. Emails were answered with delay and the expected support was offered. We had unfortunately ordered a product twice, which was reliably picked up by the company at our expense. The refund minus the transport costs was confirmed to us. All in all, we would order from this company again.

O sofá veio com cor e tecido diferentes do anunciado e com defeito. Demoraram para recolher e tive que pagar o transporte. Depois de 4 meses de um pós venda que claramente não queria resolver meu caso, não queria reembolsar o valor total e tão pouco em dinheiro, me venceram pelo cansaço e desisti. Péssima empresa. Não vale a pena comprar nem uma lâmpada com eles. E tem inúmeras reclamações do mesmo género se pesquisarem

Experencia muy buena: el envio el mismo dia, entrega en 3 dias. El producto espectacular! Estoy muy contento.
