Purchased AutoClicker a few years ago. It worked well for about 6 months.
Then it started saying that I hadn't paid etc. I contacted the dev and he fixed the problem within a day and I was using it again.

Six months later, the same issue happened. I contacted him again, he fixed it.

Six months later, the same thing. I contacted him a third time, only this time he did not respond.
After a week I left a message on his Google+ Profile to which a few weeks later he responded saying the new version had fixed the issue.
So, I updated and it worked again..... For a day.

Now the app just closes itself as soon as it's opened.
Contacted the developer again, No response.

Just avoid this guy, he's too busy packing DRM that punishes paying customers into his apps instead of actually fixing the major bugs in the app.

On another note, this is against Australian Consumer Law, which I as an Australian am protected by even if the developer isn't Australian. (See Steam's recent 3 million dollar fine for the same thing) - I should launch a claim to get my $5 back

I am also willing to bet that if I had pirated the app I would have never had any of these issues.

Terrible customer service. Please stay far away, there are plenty of other great auto clickers for free. Do not pay. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. You'll waste your $5.

Like the others, I was "reassured" to know that by using my email address I would be able to register for the auto clicker software. But one day, I had my Window 10 reinstalled, and the email didn't work no longer. Over three days, I emailed him three times each day using my PayPal email, and only received one heartless reply to tell me to "Buy the software again" even after knowing that I am a paid customer. Never again with this scamming organization MurGee.

Very misleading. Could only use on 1 computer 1 time. That means if I ever decide to format my computer I would have to pay again. The site makes it look like you only have to pay once but it is misleading you. They technically didnt lie so I guess its my fault as well.

I was pay for auto clicker but can't activate it. Support does not resolve problem, not return money!

WARNING SCAM!!!

Unacceptable behavior. I purchased the autoclicker for my business pc and i read that it's a 1 time activation only, so i guessed that i could not activate the software on any other pc, and that's obviously ok.
About 15 days ago, after 20 days of purchase, i had to do a clean Windows installation, and for my surprise i could not re-activate the software.
I contacted their support, and their answer was that i had to pay another 5 dollars. I tried to explain the problem and i was answered with very professional things like "you can't have any refund, we are done, bye".
Never, ever buy anything from them.
It's a pity since the software itself it's very good, but the customer support is unacceptable.

Bezahlt und Software nicht freigeschaltet. Nach 10 Mails immer noch keine einzige Antwort.

var lidt usikker på om jeg skulle stole på dem siden jeg ikke rigtig kunne finde meget men har lige købt deres auto mouse click software, virker fint uden problemer fik det hele med det samme uden problemer.
