Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

Regarding your order, before dispatching we emailed you to explain that the 2.1kg banana protein tub was temporarily out of stock. To avoid delaying your order, we asked whether you would be happy to receive an equivalent quantity instead, which was made up of 2 × 900g pouches and 7 × 30g sachets. As we didn't receive a response, we sent the equivalent amount so that your order could still be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

In relation to the delivery, your order was placed on a Saturday with next working day delivery selected. As stated on our website, next working day delivery applies Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Your order was therefore dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, which was within the advertised service.

We completely understand that this wasn't the experience you were expecting, and we're sorry for any disappointment caused. We value all customer feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our communication and service.

We're sorry that not receiving your order confirmation email caused concern. We completely understand why this was worrying after placing your order.

After investigating, we confirmed that your order had been successfully processed and dispatched on time, and it was delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, it appears there was an issue with the confirmation email being received, which can occasionally happen due to email filtering or provider settings.

We're pleased that your order arrived as expected and that the issue was resolved quickly. We always aim to provide excellent service, and if any customer has concerns about an order, we're happy to investigate and help as quickly as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations.

Regarding your initial order, when we spoke over the phone we explained that the free shipping message was caused by a technical issue. Free shipping is only available on selected products or orders over £80. We also understand that your 10% discount code didn't apply correctly, so although the discount would have been around £5, we issued a £10 goodwill voucher, which more than covered the missed discount and your delivery costs.

We were pleased that both of your orders were dispatched promptly and delivered within the 2–4 working day delivery service you selected. We always work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we're glad this part of your experience met our usual standards.

We're also very sorry that you received the wrong flavour of pre-workout. While mistakes can occasionally happen, we're always happy to put them right. If you contact us, we'd be more than happy to arrange an exchange for the correct flavour.

Regarding the protein bars, we completely understand your disappointment. During the recent spell of exceptionally hot weather, chocolate products could unfortunately melt while in transit despite being packed carefully before leaving our warehouse. Once parcels are with the courier, they can be exposed to temperatures that are outside of our control. We'd still be happy to review this with you and see what we can do to help.

We're also sorry if you felt your follow-up emails went unanswered, as that's certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We always try to resolve any issues as fairly and quickly as possible, which is why we provided a goodwill voucher that exceeded the original discount value and remain happy to resolve the outstanding concerns.

We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve our service. We hope you'll consider getting back in touch so we can resolve the remaining issues and restore your confidence in shopping with us.

Thank you for your feedback and we are truly sorry for the experience you had. Your order was placed on Thursday and fell over the bank holiday weekend — as our shipping policy excludes bank holidays and weekends, our team returned to processing orders on Monday, at which point we immediately discovered the stock issue and contacted you with a resolution. We completely acknowledge and apologise for the subsequent delay in responding to your refund request — this was an internal oversight and is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Your refund has now been processed in full. We are sorry we let you down on this occasion and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.
