Reasonable price and, frankly, the only major vendor who had the product in stock. (I didn't check Amazon.) The Chat user-interface was pretty good and I got the results that I wanted in a professional and efficient manner. (Way to go Justin K.)

Very disappointed. Used Grade 1 doesn’t mean scratched or missing parts. The GK-3 pick up was obviously used, tape applied and still stuck to underside of the pickup. Several parts for the pick up were also missing. Not even sure I can use it with out these parts. Hopefully the GR-55 is in better shape otherwise I’ll be using the 45 day Garentee and returning the whole unit. This absolutely should have been at the very least discounted at least moving the pickup portion to half price or less.

Hope corrected an order problem and made arrangements for the corrected order to be sent as originally promoted. Very impressed because of the high volume of sales during this holiday period.

There were items I couldn’t remove from order so in order to get stupid deal for today (battery powered amp) I submitted order.
Please cancel both Guitar stands as I don’t need them but could not cancel them. Website not user friendly.

Musicians Friend us my PREFERRED outlet fir my music equipment needs. I found Rebecca H., their #StellarGearTech a few purchases ago when I bought my Charvel Jim Root Pro-Mod San Dimas. She helped me identify what I was looking for & hunt down the guitar within their GuitarCenter network. It was seamless. She sold me for Life. I came back a few weeks later for a smaller Vox Modeling amp, same deal. Now this purchase - back to Rebecca. I could have went elsewhere, NOT A CHANCE. I was going to buy a used spark edge but i found a code to get 20% off that doesnt apply to used items and i called number to cancel the order and it was very convenient i dint even have to change the order and the service workers are extremely nice.

my order did not show up as the 6 month finananceing that the screen showed,it charged the full amount to my card.I did not want that,what happened?.

This is my first purchase after having a terrible online experience on a used guitar at a competitor. This was far superior even though the price was a little more. I received notification immediately of my purchase and shipping info same day and my shipping was faster than the other guy at about the same price even though I'm having it shipped to my home this time versus a store. Couldn't be happier with Musician's friend other than it's not clear on whether there is a case included, so............ now I'm assuming probably not which makes the price maybe a tad higher than the competition? If not for that this experience would be a straight up five stars.
