I had the luck to buy a nice guitar from Musikhaus Korn last week. We negotiated a favorable price and shipping cost together. After we agreed I got constant notifications from Sindy about the status of my order. Communication went absolutely flawless. I received the guitar in about 2 working days (via international shipping) safe and sound thanks to the careful packign.

I am very happy with the purchase and I look forward to return as a customer to Musikhaus Korn.

Mis à part le grand distributeur allemand bien connu, je ne connaissais pas ce magasin . Ils sont très sérieux et proposent des tarifs très compétitifs voire meilleurs que bien d'autres. Really nice service, fast response and professional staff.

It did not start well: I bought a guitar online from the shop and DHL lost it in the delivery. Furious and unable to get any update or answers from DHL - nor could the store - I suggested we give up on that one and start again: I bought another guitar and it was delivered within 3 days. None of it would have happened without the helpful, gracious and efficient help of Sindy Hahnel, the store's wonderful export/international sales rep. I will be buying all my music supplies from this store in future.
