I made two mistakes when I ordered from MW Classic Cameras. My first mistake was to place the order, and my second was that I didn't read the reviews before placing my order. The proprietor is no better than a common thief, he took my £89 and failed to deliver my purchase. He doesn't answer the phone, nor does he respond to emails. Avoid this man like the plague, because he will steal from you too.
Avoid, they take your money and then ignore you
I ordered a couple of items and after over 4 weeks, nothing has been received. I emailed and rang after 2 weeks. My first call was answered and I was told that they are busy and they will get to it. 2 weeks later still nothing. My calls are unanswered now and no response to emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The first time I've placed an order on their website, I had to send emails and call just to get an update and find out what is happening. I mean, delivery wise, it is much faster for me to order from China. Finally, I get a call, where the guy explaines his situation so like any other good person, I try to show compassion...Finally, I got my order. All good by the way. No complains with regards to the item. Now, months after the first order, I find myself ordering again, thinking that last time was a one-off....but was it though?!...No, same customer treatment again. Had an order placed on the 19th of June and I am still waiting for an update. Tried to call, but no answer, sent a bunch of emails and the seller replied once(2 weeks after my order) saying he is in a holiday for 2 weeks and after the 7th of July he will take care of my order. I asked for a refund....but I am still waiting.

I ordered and paid for a "Canon film Magazine V" on the 1st May 2023, I received an email stating that the order is being processed. To date [22nd June] after numerous emails and phone calls [unanswered] nothing! no response to my emails. I am unable to recommend this company to anyone and have little hope of either receiving my goods or a refund.

I bought and paid for two items in February. After numerous emails and phone calls, the items arrived at the end of May. One of the items was as described. The other was different from the one I ordered and was broken. After communicating what happened, I was told that the correct item would be sent. And the communication ended there. I asked them to refund me the money for the wrong and faulty item to facilitate the process. I never got an answer. I've sent countless emails over the last few weeks and... nothing. DO NOT buy from this store. DO NOT trust the people in this store. DON'T trust the products shown on the website because later they can send others that are different and damaged. Avoid at all costs!!!
Utterly incompetent pair
Item ordered, paid with CC just to make sure I was covered, confirmation email sent, last I heard from them, then nothing, no replies to any of my several emails, requests for delivery date etc, eventually got a reply on Whatsapp, assuring me that the item would be sent out by w/e, nothing happened, I chased again, and was told they couldn't find the item to send it out, I spoke to David Woodford on Whatsapp, as their landline has been disconnected, and he apologised for the delay, but could I wait again, I told him to refund my money asap, as I had, had enough of his tin pot Co., refund was done next day.
So, my advice to anyone even thinking of using this utterly p*ss poor pair of incompetent liars, is, do not waste your money, and/or time, go elsewhere, even ebay is better, but not their ebay shop, it'll be the same I guess.

Non receipt of goods ordered and paid for.
Having placed an order on 5 March 2023, order still not received after chasing over the past month. No response to sales and general email addresses. Credit card company now informed to investigate to claim back my money! I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. I had bought equipment from this company a few years back with success. As other customers have said, a camera shop which is totally incompetent in customer service and managaing it's stock. This is disappointing and not acceptable in 2023!

Placed an order via the website for a cold shoe rangefinder on 13th march 2023 and I'm still waiting 3 weeks later, after several emails, no replies. After reading other reviews over the web, I should have kept my money and gone elsewhere. On this basis alone I will advise others to avoid.

Don't waste your time, see the long list of similar reviews below. Website seems decent enough, but business address is adjacent blocked off railway arches. There is no shop there. You can find them on Google maps (different address to one on website), but it just an anonymous block, no shopfront. I expect they are changing their business address periodically on the website, but see no evidence that a physical shop exists.
They take your money and then send nothing, I've been waiting a month now, followed up three times, nothing sent. I thought they might be in financial distress, but looking at the review history here on Trustpilot, I think it is almost certain they are just thieves.

Untrustworthy, you will lose time and money
Avoid, untrustworthy business, do not use for online purchase. Seller will promise delivery but then ignore you when you complain or ask them to confirm they still have the item ordered or ask for a refund.
The Find and update company information shows they have recently changed address and that their company has nearly been closed down a few days ago.

David Woodford is a cretin of the lowest order (and still owes me money, 7 months after my initial purchase). If you value your sanity, avoid this excuse for a camera shop like the plague. I only wish Iâd seen the other reviews here before I placed an order.
Surprised by the really positive outcome
Ordered a lens without reading the reviews ....unusual for me .... Paid by bank transfer (again unusual I'm not sure what I was thinking - the usual bank card didn't seem to be an option) - am pleased to report that the lens arrived in beautiful condition in a couple of days......can't speak for others (and the website is pretty dreadful) but it was a positive experience rather than the nightmare I was expecting having read the recent reviews in TP...... Suggest you ring the guy before dropping any cash via the site but I can't complain at all on the basis of my experience

Ordered something 9 days ago - No sign of it!!!
Ordered something 9 days ago, received an email confirming order, asked them for a tracking number 4 days after oreder, no reply, just sent them another email, 9 days after ordering. Tried to call them, no answer. They are supposed to be in Bethnall Green, I live in Crystal Palace, only 5 or 6 miles away. Not happy, I don't mind delays but communication is key. Seems I'm not the only one from reading reviews here. Hopefully they're not scam artists. If it hasn't arrived by Monday, I'll be paying them a visit!!!!!
