I used them to fix a leak in a new build (!) flat a while ago. The leak was not their fault, but they found not one but two leaks and fixed them and made good really well. They also checked other similar installations to make sure they were OK. The job was party covered by insurance and the office were very helpful in getting the invoices correct so I could get paid. Very reasonable price as well. Altogether, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Efficient service, helpful plumber who did a very good repair. However invoice issued with incorrect details, and in spite of having followed this up by both email and phone, this has not yet been resolved, which is rather disappointing.

Work is good but very slow to respond to messages and requests. Chased 3 times whist waiting for a part....they never call me back.

My Plummer responded straight away and called back really quickly. He didn’t leave until he was really satisfied thay the leak was fixed. Brilliant

Tricky replacement of two showers plus a pressure equalisation valve.

Terrible. Called at 8pm for an emergency plumber, was told that someone would be round in the evening. Heard nothing for 3 hours, called back twice and was finally told that they couldn’t make it until the following morning. Total waste of time when we actually needed an emergency plumber to fix a serious leak that had also caused an electrical problem. Unhelpful and unknowledgeable staff, who just didn’t care at all. Don’t waste your time.

My Plumber installed a new gas boiler. The work was well done, and they were friendly and efficient. They tidied up after the work was done, and I have already recommended them to my neighbour who got them to install a new boiler. One outstanding point is that I have been trying unsuccessfully to get the warranty from them although the boiler was installed in May and it is now October.

Installed a new boiler and radiators, great service and very happy with the final result. I've been using them for a few years now and they always provide a great service.

Your engineer was helpful, pleasant and very competent.
He gave me lots of information pertaining to the system in general
and the boiler in particular.

I would recommend your company without hesitation and would
use you again when need arose.
